Soldering the OLED display and putting it on the breadboard
I finally got the OLED to work via Arduino CLI + implemented text wrapping.
The MCP server finally works (the notification in the image was sent by Claude using send_notification tool call), and I also added a push button to dismiss the notification once you have addressed it. The next steps are: Finishing the PreToolHook so that when Claude asks clarifying question it fires Testing the installation script
Adding hook for claude code to automatically trigger the notification when it asks the user a question (there is a clarify tool it uses)
Fixed a serial-related bug and created demo
Added simple PCB design

As for the server, i am developing my own little abstractions around Go’s absolutely fantastic standard library (especially html/template) alongside this project. In the screenshot, the crawler is grabbing the first five results for searching “takanaka” on Pinterest.
Because I don’t want to use javascript to calculate the layout, I’ve written a server side layouting engine that places the items based on viewport height, meaning i can calculate the layout for any device. I’ve integrated this into the pagination system, but i will need to build a little more abstractions on the scraper around Pinterest’s pagination system to get the previous button to work properly. Also styling of course.
I managed to come up with a pretty clever solution to keep the pagination history. Every time you press next, a htmx page link that brings up the current page gets added to a div. Using CSS’s :nth-last-child(2), only the page link that links to the previous page is shown. You can see this working if you look at the DOM tree in this video.
I removed the experimental thing where the feed would always display the result for searching “takanaka” and now it displays search results for the name of a random aesthetic scraped from aesthetics wiki. i also added search functionality.
Viewing pins now work! i had to write a new scraper for pinterest’s graphql endpoint which was a bit difficult, as well as integrate the new pin/item viewing functionality into the layout engine, but i think it works alright. I’m still having some issues with my scraper though, where the pinterest endpoint returns an error. Hi! first devlog of my wind tunnel! I had posted a devlog before but had some time complications so i deleted it. The first image is the first devlog image. So far i have created the left and right tunnels, with the left having a honeycomb matrix for the water vapor to smoothly flow through. What was really annoying was trying to get the honeycomb to work. in the end, it worked
This time I made the humidifier box where the water + humidifier will go. I also put all the parts together to visualize how they will look. Something that really annoyed me today was my lack of thinking. I literally CAD’ed out some parts then deleted them because i realized i didnt need them. Overall, i did a lot :)
I attempted to make flow shapes for the mist but it did not go to plan. I really have no idea how to do loft
today I did something at least - struggled for an hour on these dang flow shapes. onshape was absolutely NASTY when i tried to make them, had to redo extrudes and booleans and it just wasnt fun . it came out looking like i wanted though sooo
Read more
Almost done/done with CAD! #, all thats left now is to make sure the rest of the parts are good (tolerances, measurements, etc) then its printing and building time I was trying to finish the CAD last night but it wasnt going well and the Lapse timed out and whatnot and it just wasnt a good time. It should be better today though!
Today I added an adapter for the flow shape & I tested the 3d printed humidifier box, lid, and flow shape all together with a fan. item The humidifier box seems to be not giving enough vapor, though this is probably due to the fan intaking air from everywhere else apart from the humidifier box item this will hopefully be remedied with the adapter. all in all its going alright
Did chores today; README and BOM rough drafts Pretty much it, waiting on 3d prints now
Today was a pretty massive change I removed the honeycomb pattern from the TunnelLeft because It takes too long to print Takes too much filament Is basically useless Instead, I added a flow straightener which does the same job as the honeycomb with less complexity As seen by the cross shape. It will fit into the tubes of vapor before it gets to the flow shape. This is one of the biggest design changes yet, I think. fingers crossed it goes good
FINALLY BUILT!!!!!! IT WORKS SO GOOD I built the thing. It was quite fun. It has some issues with the lighting as you can see but thatll be fixed soon (working on a part for that) as well as a holder for the car to go on.
Worked on the demo video today! Literally the title: worked on the demo video. Im not gonna spoil too much, so heres a teaser!
Finished the rough draft of the video! All thats left now is to get feedback, fix the issues, and finalize all other parts of the project! Ex: print files, BoM, etc.
Final Devlog I polished everything up: Readme, BOM, Instructions, fixed video according to the feedback i got. This project was really fun to make :)
Ships:
I made a wind tunnel, or a chamber to visualize the flow of air around a car. It was incredibly fun to make; I usually worked on it late at night which was such a vibe. I originally though that I wouldn’t be able to finish, but I locked in and got it done. It wasn’t always smooth though; for example, the fan holes in the TunnelRight didn’t align with the fan itself because i forgot to measure them, requiring some improv (hot glue). All in all, I’m really proud of myself, the project, and definitely the demo video. Happy hacking!...

#1 adding character/slime/config movements basically all i did was add all the main entities, added sword, combat system & attack hitbox, and player/enemy movement and animation.
#2 added the tilemaplayer, the level itself, and the foliage around it!
#3 added player health & damage, created a fading black and white screen between levels and added 2 more levels (there are more to the scripts not just what i uploaded)
#4 added hearts after killing slimes, added bg music and added more levels with water
#5 added more levels, fixed some music bugs, and added level numbers on the levels themselves
#6 kind of short but I added 2 more levels and fixed a few more bugs with the nodes :0
#7 added 2 more levels, also added words to some levels using canvaslayer, panels and layers!!
#8 added 2 more levels, more notes, changed the music, fixed a bug that was hindering the loading of levels and fixed (again) the textboxes
#9 added another level and tried (key word tried) to add collectables with a score hud for like 2 hours straight until i realized i just forgot to capitalize something
#10 added 2 levels, added feature where you gain a heart after 5 apples, added flickering during dashing + no damage when dashing, redid player, fixed the apple collection and scoring system, added a end of run screen with stats, added paused menu, added title screen, added stamina bar, added dashes and a second stronger attack
#11 added heartbeatsound, bestscore/bestlevel, created combo score thingy, fixed double attack, added chests + upgrades in them
#12 completely updated the title screen (now has moving slime!! + buttons for other stuff (still kinda bad) will update again
#14 just rewrote some code that was bothering me, also I forgot to write why I made this code, I’m hoping to get a Bambu Lab A1 3D printer to help bring parts of the project into the real world. If you’re rating my project, any support toward helping me reach that goal would mean a lot! Thank you in advance!

Devl Title: access web browser by @JD | Stardance
Devlogs:
Got webview added and a working URL bar! next step is adding downloads and bookmarks (and the stuff a browser needs) then adding stuff like screen reader and stuff like that
Got bookmarks and tabs done (for the most part) i still need to polish it a bit more but so far so good!
Added settings page AND a thing to save and load settings
Got this so it kinda works
Got TTS working (but its always enabled) probably gonna skip the magnifying glass because it is not as easy as i thought it would be but tts almost fully works
No Visual changes but i added it so imgs are able to be read with tts my next steps are optimizing the system and adding downloads and loading things
Made UI for settings and url bar WAY better (they are in the menu button in the taskbar) but this is a huge update for UI and i think i fixed Talkback imgs support crashing the app (idk if it even works rn tbh)
Added downloads and made first build! removed cookies button from menu as it did not work but cookies do
Hey! After a while I came back to this, but I looked at the feedback, and it helped a lot I fixed the bug of clicking go button opening 2 tabs and I made each action button different in color so it’s easier to tell them apart I haven’t done a lot of coding since last devlog (so for a while) so I am a bit rusty but I am going to start working on this and try to make it way better
Ships:
I made a web browser focused on accessibility it features build in talk back and is intended for users who can’t read or have a hard time reading or seeing such as someone in my family they are the main reason i started this project so they could access the internet easier i asked them what their dream browser was and they said a browser with built in accessibility features such as talk back so i added built in accessibility features that was probably the hardest part but then i let them try it they said it was good and they enjoyed it i hope this project can help many others and not just one person
Well… This is the last ship I was gonna do more and I will continue working on this out of stardance but I had a fun time making it and learned a lot and how to make electron and java script this also helped some other I hope! Thanks for everyone who supported the project and thank you to hack club for making stardance I had fun but it was fun and the last update was colored buttons to help...
