Started working on front steering. Each wheel will steer individually so that i can test both postive ackermen and reverse ackermen stearing

These will all come in to form a nice systm powered by usbc. I also completed most of the coding, alsbiet with the minor help of Chat GPT. The code looks AId because it was spliced together from screenshots bc my computer restarted."}]...
