It could have been done better? Absolutly, but it works. I have figured out (after some trials and errors) how to unlock the edition of each triangle imported (I imorted the desing from figma in svg format the last day). So then I have faced another problem. I didn’t have any central point on the triangles. So after thinking and trying lots of things (trying to make from scrach the triangles in fusion instead of using the svg, making the points aproximately, which surpisingly have been useful some time after for stablishing a defined position for the triangles (the svg was aproximated, I could’t use their original position)) I have finally encounter an unefficinet way to do it: Making a draft line in the rounded edges and creating a circle tangent to those lines. I have done it one by one in each triangle and I have started to set lots of restrictions eveywere. Now I would’t do the same. Instead of what I have done I would have made a lonly perfect triangle and then I would have copied or used the “same” tool. By doing the same procces one and again, apart from loosing time, errors are made. Well, My skech has strange things. It seems that some triangles are closer each other than other ones, the triangle from the bottom is smaller that the other ones (well, I’m gona use this as a remainder :), and some other things. However, when I have make the 3d model it isn’t so obious, so I will leave it for later. Now, what I have to do is the structure that will soport those triangles. Also I should create parameter so change the triangles size and separation easier. Also I need to mirror what I have done to the other axes."}, {"post_id": 36408, "ts": "2026-07-28T14:41:12Z", "hours": 1.0, "text": "28/07/2026 Journal 1 Starting my desing in fusion Today I have started desining in fusion. In a fisrt moment I have started doing it by hand but then I have opened figma for doing one test of concept. I have liked that so I have made several test to know how to made the car case. I have changed the beest concept a litle bit because I was seeing that it was not going to look. Now the concept is rounded triangles, in some way kinda similar to the beest. Once I had chosen the desing I have pass it to fusion. I had to figure out how to import a svg file, but it wasn’t so difficult."}, {"post_id": 35930, "ts": "2026-07-27T18:04:19Z", "hours": 4.0, "text": "Well, in fact this is only a back up. This proyect is inteded to be for beest, but if for some reason I don get to it I would like to send it here. So this is what I have done unitil now: Well, today I have investigate the components that I need to use. I need an esp-32 (8-15 eur), a driver drv8833 (7-8 eur) or l298n (7-11 eur) and a motorreductor tt (7-11 eur). I think I have already a case for the 4 aa batteries. Aliexpress could be a cheaper option but I need to have them quickly. Perhaphs, I should start making tests with the arduino to learn how to control motors and those things. I need to check what I have alredy avaiable in my house before buying anything. Also, the other day I forgot to write the journal about the planning that I did Well, in my house I have avaiable the servo motor SG90, one stepper motor (28ByJ-48) and one ULN2003 driver motor. Also one L293D, 74HC595 IC and DS1307 RTC module. This ones I don’t know what are. That’s why I’m writing them. Well, another update. I have search about them (asked it to gemini LOL),and the servo motor could be used for the direction of the car, while the stepper motor doesn’t have any use in my case. Now, I have search some photos to use them as reference for doing the first sketch. I have found that there are two ways for doing the robot. The first one like a tank. Only with two motors. And the other one with a thrird servo motor to controll the turn. The easier one for doing it using only two motors so there is no need to take care about the mechanism for turning. Taking in account that I haven’t do never in fusion 360 probably I will do the first option. There is another option in which only one motor is used by using an axis. This I think would’t get aesthetic with the desing so I have discarded it. Having in mind the way the car is going to rotate I have had the idea of doing like an elephant made by sticks, in which the trunk is the front wheel. I don’t know if this will be the final choose but I have liked it. I have started making the drawings and …. What a mess. It’s clear I’m not an artist. It has been a total failure. I have tried drawing several times and I have liked none of them. Also I have tried drawing the elephant idea, but again it has been a failure. Then I have measure the wheel (I have measuered it bad, LOL. Some time after measuring I have realised that it was written on the wheels) and searched the 3d model of the motor. Then, I have opened fusion 360 and I have had some troubles importing it to fusion. Finally I have managed to do it sucessfully. I have dealed with aligning the wheel with the motor and determining how much space I needed to leave between the wheel and the moton. I also have realised that I will need to desing or search and adapted from the motor to the lego connnection."}]...

I also have realised that I will need to desing or search and adapted from the motor to the lego connnection.
28/07/2026 Journal 1 Starting my desing in fusion Today I have started desining in fusion. I had to figure out how to import a svg file, but it wasn’t so difficult.
Well, I have been continuing the lateral case. The skech now is a chaos. Also I need to mirror what I have done to the other axes....
