It is a hybrid of NeoForge and the Bukkit/Spigot/Paper API. We picked it because it allowed us to use mods as well as plugins. Also, this core’s Minecraft version is 1.21.1, which is the best version for Minecraft modding right now. The majority of Minecraft mods are being written for this exact version, so the choice of core was pretty much obvious. For server hosting, we used my homelab machine that runs on a Xeon E5-2667 v2 and 64 GB of DDR3.For the server OS, we used Debian 13.To make deploying the server a little bit easier, we used MCSManager. This software allows you to remotely create and manage game server instances. Our main concept was to give a separate planet to every player, make the modpack kinda hard and built around the Create mod, and force players to progress in the Create mod—especially Create: Aeronautics (to make planes in order to explore space and meet with other players). We had to make 3 modpacks: 2 for the client side and 1 for the server side. For the server side, we picked 147 mods. Most of them were Create mod addons, along with a bunch of optimization mods, since Java Minecraft is pretty unoptimized. For the server side, we also added some plugins such as AuthMe (since our server is running in offline mode), CoreProtect, and BlueMap (we actually had a problem with it, which will be explained a little bit later). For the client side, we made two modpacks. One was pretty much the server-side modpack with server-only mods removed, added client optimization mods, mods for visual enhancement, shaders, a custom start menu, and some resource packs. Overall, our goal for this modpack was to make the user experience as good as possible. The other client-side modpack is a bare-minimum one. It has only the mods that you need to connect to the server and nothing else. It was made for players with low-end devices as well as mobile players (yes, you can play on this server even from your phone! You just need a Java MC launcher and a decent device), and you can also use this modpack as a base for making your own modpack. To achieve our goal of making a planet for every player, I made a custom mod. It features custom world generation (standard Minecraft generation was removed in favor of the generation of player planets and planets in outer space), an atmosphere around every planet, integration with the Create mod to let players breathe outside of their planet using diving gear from the Create mod, commands to make the work of admins and debugging easier, and a config file to make the mod customizable. AI was used in development of the mod. Random stuff that we made: DDNS to make it way more convenient for players to play on the server, since we don’t have a static IP and buying one is a little bit pricey in the long term. ZGC garbage collector. Tailscale for debugging when DDNS isn’t available. BlueMap port protection via iptables: By default, BlueMap exposed the map publicly on port 19756. To prevent regular players from seeing it, we locked down the port using iptables. We allowed access only from our local network and Tailscale. We used Zulu JDK since its more optimised for games."}]...

(Lokin) Get Set Lokinnnnnn I have started making a project that heps you guys to get lock in and focus on your projects. Its a beautiful and an intractive way to be focused on your work. In the next update i will tell you how this can help you
Finally my main html, CSS structure is almost completed and now i am going to work on its JS to make it work like a real tool currently i add a timer place holder and some new buttons to control it ,but its just a css structure so you cant control anything yet. Thats It…
(Lokin) Get Locked in : Today i add four new buttons to the lokin, I add a button got music, a button for to do liss or tasks, a button for themes, and a final settings button. And now i am going to start working on its JavaScript to make the features working.
Now its no more just a html and CSS skeleton. Today i added many new features using JavaScript like first i working on play and pause button so that timer can be played and stopped. and after this i started working on three buttons (focus, short break, long break) to change the timer and reset everything, and than i worked on changing the visual appearance (CSS) of the buttons after being selected.
(Lokin) Sorry for the late devlog but now many things has been added, i have added a task pannel nad now you can also create new tasks, check the checkbox and can also delete the tasks. creating the new tasks was so complicated due to JS because when you enter a task it goes to js and the function converts it into a html element having checkbox and delete btn and then add to the the task list

(Lokin) Just wrote the final README before ship
Today i removed all the AI generated images, and replace them with real images and its breaking my website UI, but i can not do anything because AI images are not allowed

I think it will be a pretty stable mount. I have decided not to implement the fine adjustment screws. After seeing a YouTube video, I can simply use NINA star-guided polar alignment, since it is not supposed to be such a portable mount. I also decided that I will 3d print a curved slot holder in the back, that will screw onto the base eq wedge, and have a slot shaped to match the radius of the wedge’s circle, so I can support the backside evenly, when the telescope is mounted. I also organized the Onshape files, and started a notebook. Initially for the eq wedge, I wanted it to just be one single bar in the middle, as it would be simpler. I decided to provide adequate support for the back side of the RA Axis that is sticking out, I would need a curved profile section, like shown in the OG Star Tracker V2. This would provide good stability even for heavier payloads. Next session I will work much more on the details of the smaller parts, and also order the pulleys and rods and things, to begin making it and getting rough estimates in real life."}, {"post_id": 41049, "ts": "2026-08-05T00:19:45Z", "hours": 1.5583, "text": "DEVLOG 002 Worked on the initial design for the declination axis for the star tracker. My goal for this section of the tracker is to be much more compact and lightweight, since the RA axis will rotate it, and we want to minimize the load on the RA axis to allow more of its strength to be used by the telescope. I made a very simple outer frame, with the posts in the center rather than a traditional simple box design, to make room for the large 80-tooth pulleys. I think this design is quite innovative, as it really compacts everything together, with the first two stages on one simple axis, and the third and final 80-tooth pulley is sitting on the other side of the frame, where the telescope itself will be attached to. I also did the major task of deciding which bearing to use, and I settled on the simple, standard F695ZZ Flanged Ball Bearings. They have a 13mm OD, which would allow me to drill the proper-sized hole into the aluminum extrusion and press fit it, and then either use specialized Loctite glue or some kind of 3d printed fasteners to hold the bearings in place. This is also a very cost-effective solution as 20 bearings only cost $15 on Amazon with fast shipping, which will help stay in the $100 budget. I also assembled the complete assembly with both axes attached together, to which I will attach the EQ wedge. I have also decided that this EQ wedge wil have built in screw adjustment system, so I can get super super accurate polar alignment using NINA’s or other software’s 3 point polar alignment. Im still not totally sure if I can add a polar laser or scope to take this tracker out away from home, because that would be very helpful for travel. DEVLOG 001 Worked on initial CAD for the Right Ascension Axis. I created a simple aluminum extrusion frame to get a super simple base design created. The aluminum extrusions are currently 10cm long, and I made a simple estimate for the length of the steel rods to be at 8cm for fitting the pulley spacings correctly. One major achievement, was I found an incredibly good place to put the stepper motor. I placed it inbetween the four 80 tooth gear, perfectly inbetween without contacting any surface. This also allows me to slide it back and forth, to adjust tension for that specific belt loop. For the other loops, I will try to come up with a simple tensioning method, as well as bearings for the next work session. Thank you.
DEVLOG 002 Worked on the initial design for the declination axis for the star tracker. The next major thing to do for the next session will be to get the proper belt length estimates and properly lengthen the aluminum extrusions to get the correctly sized RA and DEC axes. I will also do lots of math calculations about possibly increasing to 8mm shafts, if possible, if the extra thickness will really help or not, and if the extra cost is worth it. I will also work on the whole EQ wedge and make the screw adjustment, with the proper mounting solution to my current tripod.
DEVLOG 003 I worked a lot on the equatorial wedge, researching it on YouTube and the internet, and I made a pretty solid base design. Next session I will work much more on the details of the smaller parts, and also order the pulleys and rods and things, to begin making it and getting rough estimates in real life....

Made the header lol
Added a cool transition when pressing space
added window
What I’ve added Welcome loading screen in 8 different langguages (if I’m not mistaken) A tab that is draggable and can be closed and opened
Finished WebOS 1 Added a working calculator app (cba to code it so I use Iframe) Added a footer to preview minimized tab
Added and fixed an app Added credits and filling the “about this site”
Changed almost everything So the old one is just hide and set a style of a div to “open” and “close” it, this one actually open it By opening it, js copy and delete it, and js reopen it when a button pressed
Fixing buggy app

devlog #1 started making my own os that runs in a browser tab. no frameworks, just one html file, because i want to actually understand every line of it. first build has: a boot screen with a logo + loading bar that fades away a frosted menu bar at the top with a live clock an aurora gradient wallpaper (just layered radial-gradients) one glass window (“about.txt”) with mac style traffic lights the fun part was making the window draggable. i used pointer events instead of mouse events so it would also work if someone opens this on a phone. the trick that made it feel smooth: instead of tracking where the mouse is, next up: more windows, real minimize/maximize, and a dock.
devlog #2 — window manager arc the os grew a real window system . everything is managed from one createWindow(app) function, so adding a new app is just adding an object with a name, an icon and a render function. what’s new: 3 apps now: about, notes, terminal close / minimize / maximize on every window (green button remembers your old size + position and puts it back) windows resize from a corner grip, focus raises them above the others a dock with the mac hover-magnify effect and little dots under running apps — minimized windows can be brought back from there notes autosave to localStorage as you type (“saving…” → “saved ✓”) terminal got a tiny shell: help, neofetch, echo, ls, clear… the dock magnify is just a css transform on hover:
devlog #3 — the island era i put a dynamic island in the top of the screen, like the iphone. it’s a black pill that sits over the menu bar and morphs: the bigger news: the music is real . i didn’t want to embed mp3 files so the music app synthesizes lo-fi loops with the WebAudio api — triangle wave chords, a sine bass, random pentatonic notes sprinkled on top, plus a looped noise buffer filtered down for vinyl hiss. there are 3 “tracks” (bpm + chord progressions) and a live frequency visualizer on a canvas. no files, no copyright, just math. also added: settings app — 4 gradient wallpapers, 4 accent colors (the island equalizer, dock dots, progress bars all recolor), saved to localStorage, plus a factory reset button links app — grid of glass cards terminal got an open command, so open settings launches apps island notifications wired into notes, terminal and settings that wraps version 1.0. one html file, no frameworks, no login, and it actually feels like an os. on to WebOS 2 🚀

I made my very own WebOS. Well just version 1 now. I always wanted my very own web and I always loved how apple designs its OS and website. So naturally, I combined the both to make LumenOS...

I started working on a simple html and js based quiz. It has 4 subjects, and 4 levels of each subject. today i made the home screen and added questions for all levels of maths. also i used mathjax for displying the fancy math way.
Just finised adding all the levels for the physics part of science. and that latex thing was a pain in the ass. I did need to take help from ai for the extreme levels of maths and physics as the latex was too complicated.
just finished adding chemistry and biology questions for all levels. It took a long time to find chem questions and i had no choice other than to use ai for biology as i don’t study biology in 11th grade
finished CS questions, added readme, wrote the evaluation logic (i did that side by side with the questions which i finished rn) and the result page. and added some funny and motivating gifs in the extreme one. and some memes in the result page. It’s ready to be shipped
