Today I spent a lot of time styling the website. I also fixed some little bugs and translated a bit more. I am now using Mantine as a UI framework because I just hate CSS so much š
. You can see the main page (with no body yet) in the screenshot. Iāve added a Footer and a Header with a working theme toggle thing.
I added a new feature: You can now create editions which are like collections of articles but they have a release date and a number. I also continued migrating standard HTML elements to Mantine UI elements and the website is starting to look decent. Whatās next? I need to design the start page and add a little description about the project. I also need to design the collection page and add some more informative pages.
For reviewers and testers: please understand that I cannot give you codes to unlock collections because I have no control over who creates what collection and the codes are hashed. Not sure about the exact CU. Another playable one is 1.18.781.0! While this one canāt be shown yet (or heard⦠thereās nothing!), Iām heavily working on emulating (I think we could put it like that?) the Xbox Oneās ACP (Audio Co-Processor), which is used for decoding XMA (Xbox Media Audio) and processing audio in general (heavily used by FMOD and Wwise). While some games donāt depend on it specifically (such as Minecraft, LIMBO, Sonic Mania etc), the majority of the games depend on it (Unity, Unreal Engine and Cryengine use it), and if you donāt emulate it, most of the games will basically either hang at some point waiting for audio to be processed (e.g. Forza, Happy Wars, Halo 5) and wonāt have audio at all. This is the part Iām focusing the most currently and Iām very stomped on it, which is also why there isnāt much progress going on, but hopefully I get some progress with it to share with yāall! And it looks very broken I know and Iām investigating what can be done for fix that, but as far as Iāve seen, this is happening because of the game updating buffers with UpdateSubresource1 and passing what seems like (not sure if thatās actually the case!) constant offsets in pSrcBox + passing passing unaligned constants when setting a constant buffer with SetConstantBuffers1 , which was actually allowed back in D3D11.X, Xboxās D3D11 version. Note that Minecraft: Story Mode isnāt the only game that does that, there are some games such as Forza Horizon 2 that also do so! Hello there! Has been a while since my last devlog (a few days⦠long ago, huh?), but that does not mean thereās no progress going on, because there is! It still needs some optimization (mainly on RAM usage) and placement update still needs a few tweaks, but welp, at least we are getting some progress overall! Minecraft: Story Mode now boots! Hey there! It has been a few days since the last devlog (again) but we are still cooking some stuff! Another Minecraft: Xbox One Edition version is now playable! The version is 1.22.904.0/CU34 or earlier? Thatās it for today, I really hope to have new stuff to share with everyone soon! But for now, thatās pretty much it⦠š
Hi! Iām back with some stuff: Happy Dungeons (an console exclusive game) now boots with WinDurango! Iām working very hard at the moment on Forza Horizon 2 and Forza Motorsport 5 (which are my goalsā¦) and I hope to have new stuff to share about them soon! And⦠Thatās it for today, there isnāt anything else to say š
Hey! Has been quite a while since the last devlog but here are some changes and news: Halo 5: Guardians is very close to booting! It still just needs some fixes with memory allocation. FIFA 15 is another game close to booting! Occultic;Nine now boots! Overall, Iām still doing some work that I will hopefully be able to share better in the next few days :)
Hey there! Little update: Destiny now boots!
Hey! Small update: The Crew boots!
Another quick update: Peggle 2 is now playable!
Another quick update: Forza Horizon 3 now boots! (Might require DXVK!)
Great news: Forza Horizon 2 finally gets to the title screen!
Great news: Thanks to RSantila, audio is now in the works for Forza and other games that use the ACP! (games that use Wwise or FMOD for example) For example, hereās Forza Horizon 2 with music in the background (thereās no audio at all without ACP processing, itās also kinda glitchy because itās being processed and decoded)
Quick update: Progress on audio with Forza Horizon 2! It now stutters way less. (Broken textures because Iām still debugging some stuff!)
Ships:
Hey there! This is WinDurango, an Xbox One translation layer (you can call it a high level emulator too if you wantā¦) for Windows 10/11. Currently, support for games such as Forza Horizon 2, Forza Motorsport 5, Halo 5 and others is being actively worked on, while some few others like Minecraft: Xbox One Edition (older versions), Sonic Mania and LIMBO are fully playable! Note that Iām not the only developer in this project (I work on rendering/audio mostly and WinRT a few times), as @dexrn (works mostly on the GitHub/Social Media management part) and @CT5 (works mostly on the WinRT part). (screenshot from Forza Motorsport 5 with WinDurango in ForzaVista mode, showing the car interior).
During the meanwhile, Iāve been working with mostly audio and support for other games....

Building the landing screen in plain html, css and JS Edit: I really loved Minecraft fonts since I was a child, so while building this portfolio I choose a font similar to Minecraft fonts. Also I searched the web and went through quite a lot of portfolios and I really like the 3d portfolios and the arcade type portfolios so I decided to combine them for my portfolio.
Made work modal card using mainly javascript and css
Made the Story page
Built some 3d temple with stary background
Made the lions/cats at the entrance of the temple. Also added sound effects. I love cats ! Everybody who knows me knows that I am a big cat lover and many of my social media bios say ailurophile , so I decided to keep cats at the main entrance of my portfolio.
Made the scene beautiful The background was already stary, so I decided to make it space themed
Rewrote the whole code again as some of it was being AI flagged. Encountered some errors which i couldnāt solve myself so i am sorry that I used some AI again

Hello World . Today I worked on the basics of HTML and making a basic home-page . Im using this package called flask to help me use python code. This is the page I made.
I was working on creating a basic version of the app with touch buttons and linkings and I also had problems with linking the css file with the HTML file so I problem solved it took so long to link but here is v2 but still very basic. With working linking updated ui and a bit more detail. next steps would be to add hero buttons add more creative ui decisions and adding more interactions , buttons and probably even an interactive game to get to know a bit about me.
Hello World - I worked on upgrading CSS file and html files and made a better search bar using stick which makes the scroll bar follow you for easier navigation I also tried to spread info but I couldnt debugg the issue making this problem where some of the sides of the info are not in the view - * sorry - still debugging ā¦.

Hello World, did a lot of exploring and used ai to make a mock up of how a website would work - so using this as a learning tool iām gonna personally try to make my version of what ai made but learning form what the ai made what iām about to show you is aiās but i have an idea to make a red and like really soft website - taking an inspiration from fauna robotics- ignore the emojis - I donāt know why they are there.
Hello World Ā»>I worked on making the game part of my website and it was alot of javascript. also one my previour hours logged i also worked on my website - here it is its just the contact part also I made a game - called robotics lab to understand what the average engineering room looks like. - > i also worked on a custon cursor and like animations with the cursor to add that extra bit - also the background is animated - here is a sneak peak of the game code but - its just rectangles as place holders - ART IS SOOOO TIME CONSUMING - and i also canāt figure how to log it on this thing : ( but donāt worry i will not give up . cya :)
really editing and final touches on website ready for shipping ! - Now all thats left is to add images - but thats something I want to do overtime some of these projects are place holders for other projects . and setting up to ship this project
Ships:
I used Html and CSS to create this website. The satisfaction through making this website - I have to admit that I did use Ai to help me code this website with me copying down some of the responses but most of the work like the HTML and Java was mainly me but the CSS was very hard and It would have taken ages like 100 - 200 hours to get done. As an Aussie student it is implicably impossible for me to make this website especially while balancing school. I hate CSS - but itās something we all have to learn I guess - most of the crazy animations were ai driven but colours, fonts and basic code was me . The website is a personal place holder for my future resumes. and job applications....

Added the middle content area, which I made on Canva. Also added a picrew I made of me and when you hover over it, it starts smiling. Not sure if it matches the aesthetic of the rest of the website though so I might change it to a different drawing later!
I added the navigation bar to my website. I also added text to the home page and added an about me section. I made the text a dark green so you could clearly see it against the background and it would match with the picrew.
Added a portfolio page and a Top ten page. the portfolio page has most of my GODOT games.

add delete btn: delete all notes remove drag btn add a title where user can hold to drag add x y width height to local storage put css into the bookmarklet i decided to add more bookmarklets, making this project a collection of bookmarklet roadmap notepad (mostly done) screenshot taker svg sketch ā¦
problems keep popping out i used to be using a <a href= " javascript:(function() { const s=document.createElement('script'); s.src='http://127.0.0.1:5500/script/notepad.js'; document.body.appendChild(s); })(); " > here </a> i need to change this, because i am going to develope this website into a github page the CSS i add by using appendChild(āā) is ruining the original webpage im gonna solve this by using shadow DOM bad bg and font color under darkmode done [2] roadmap [1], [3] 11 days left
i fixed the home page it should be able to be used now done [1], [2] roadmap [3] i think i should add some screenshot and introduction
add dark mode ššššš fix some problem with html policy also, a lot of initialization was done outside of init(). when i tried to move it inside, the whole thing blew up because other functions were directly accessing those variables i have been trying to fix that
!!! snapshot you can resize it and press the shot btn to screenshot then the img will be put in the place where you take the screenshot
rewrite homepage i found out that MATHEMATICAL DOUBLE-STRUCK U+1D543: š U+1D544: š U+1D545: Unassigned U+1D546: š U+1D547: Unassigned Letterlike Symbols U+2115: ā U+2116: ā U+2117: ā U+2118: ā U+2119: ā U+211A: ā so even if i use the same font-family, ā might looks a bit different from others therefore i gotta use { font-family : Cambria , Cochin , Georgia , Times , 'Times New Roman' , serif ; } i dont even know whether it works or not
i was trying to make a color picker but soon i found out that i had no time i completed readme.md & homepage ready for ship (?
ensure im ready to ship

I started making my blog! My blog will have a specific way of displaying my posts; the code will look for the title parameter in the URL, and it will search for a .md file with the same name and convert it to HTML. For now, Iāve done the HTML and CSS for the homepage.
My page now uses a markdown to HTML converter. The code takes the title parameter from the URL, and if a markdown with the same name exists (the code converts the URL to lowercase), it displays the blogās description. If it doesnāt exist, it will only show a message telling the user that the post doesnāt exist.
Now, the banner is chosen dynamically, based on the URLās title parameter; if it exists, show an image, otherwise show a default (the one that says error). Iām also currently writing some posts and creating a banner for the homepage.
Okay, hereās a list of what Iāve done so far: Added +1 post (which includes a complete .md file I wrote) Improved responsiveness (the site was very overflowing, especially on small screens) Added a small button to go back on the page (including CSS and responsiveness, of course) Small animations on the homepage cards Added the README And I also had to fix a small problem on GitHub, where a certain image didnāt have its name updated, so I had to find some ways to fix it!
Well, during this time, I did these things: Readme Update: My readme is now much more complete, currently including an entire section on design with images and videos representing the animations and interactions my website has. The fight against mp4s on GitHub: Initially, I tried to put .mp4 files in the Readme, which in theory should work, but for some reason, unfortunately, they didnāt :P so I had to record some videos again and convert them to .gif to appear correctly in the readme. I corrected a spelling error in the second post, because instead of Journey I had previously written Jorney ;-;

I was able to add the repeat and shuffle buttons to my ui. They change color when active. Now I want to add the little text to say how much time is left
I added Time Labels, made the progress somewhat smoother, and made it display all of the artists. It has gotten a lot simpler to add things, because Itās just small tweaks to the strong base I already have.
I added documentation to get ready for shipping

# The TJ Rocketry Platform Over the last month, I have been developing a centralized platform for TJ Rocketry to streamline many of the club's operations. The project is backed by PostgreSQL and combines attendance tracking, inventory management, file storage, and administrative tools into a single system. ## Attendance and Launch Management One of the major additions has been an integrated attendance system. Officers can create launch events and generate attendance codes, allowing members to check in through the website. Attendance records can then be exported directly as CSV files, significantly reducing manual work. ## Inventory System I implemented a complete inventory management system to keep track of rocket components and supplies. Members can browse available items and submit requests, while officers can approve or deny them. The system automatically tracks inventory quantities and request history, making it easier to maintain accountability. ## File Storage To centralize documentation, I built a file system inspired by Google Drive. Members can upload, organize, and access CAD files, reports, presentations, and other club resources through a familiar interface. ## Resource Hub The platform also serves as a repository for important documents and resources. Guides, documentation, and reference material are organized in one location, making information easier to find for both new and experienced members. ## Administrative Dashboard A full administration panel was developed to provide officers with complete control over the platform. User permissions, launches, inventory, and other aspects of the system can all be managed through a web interface without requiring direct database access. ## Technical Highlights - PostgreSQL-backed storage - Role-based access control - Attendance and launch management - CSV export functionality - Inventory request and approval workflows - Integrated file storage system - Administrative dashboard Over the last month, the platform has evolved into a central operating system for TJ Rocketry. The goal has been to reduce overhead for officers and provide members with a single location for everything they need. Network Architecture + Forward Pass Wrote a basic API for modelling the network. When untrained it initializes weights and biases random. With these random values it is already capable of running a forward pass with some input data. Next I want to implement backpropagation so that the network can actually learn patterns in data.
Backpropagation Itās learning! I tried the network with a small synthetic dataset and it learned the pattern flawlessly, at least when you donāt let it run for too long: Below you can see the networkās performance (cost) at each epoch, it starts out strong - reducing the cost and getting better and better - until all of a sudden there is a massive spike and the cost goes way up again. I have no idea why this is happening, but overall Iām extremely happy that the network is learning. Next Iām going to fix this issue and then I want it to predict numbers from the MNIST dataset.
Softmax Activation and Digits I modified the API so that cost and activation functions can easily be changed. After opting for softmax activation at the output layer and changing the cost function to categorical cross-entropy, the model classified the numbers with 85.59% accuracy after 10.000 epochs. Iām surprised it works this well despite the small network and no regularization or tuning at all. While interesting, the math is getting really complicated now, especially deriving the softmax function is still a mystery to me, i had to look up its derivative online. I want to spend some more time understanding how the cost and the activation function āinfluenceā each other before implementing an API to more easily train the network.
Training API + OneHotEncoder Cleaned up a lot of the boilerplate inside main.py . The training loop is now inside the network itself and can be called with a single fit() call handling batching, epochs, and logging: network . fit ( X_train , y_train , learning_rate = 0.1 , batch_size = 0.1 ) I also renamed a few things that were always named imprecisely. run() is now forward() , and the old fit() (which only did a single gradient step) became epoch() . This was necessary because you need to decode predictions back to the original labels afterwards: encoder = OneHotEncoder () y = encoder . encode ( digits . target ) encoder . decode ( network . forward ( X_test )) I also added a train_test_split utility so I donāt have to manually slice arrays anymore.
Demo + Readme The network is fully working, however its difficult to see it in action. Thatās why (with the help of Claude) I created a Streamlit app, so that you can try different parameters for the network in the browser. Without having to install anything locally. I also spent some time making the readme prettier and more informative.
