I tried to fix it by trying out a few different models and simplifying it a ton and then messing around with a few different designs while making sure to keep in mind that the tolerances will not be perfect. I wanted the design to feel connected to the art itself, rather than looking like a typical event website. I went with a deep navy background, warm orange accents, elegant typography, and a strong visual focus on the dancer. The idea is to bring the whole experience together — from discovering events like the South Asian Jam to learning about the initiative and finding ways to connect with the community. One thing I enjoyed about this project was experimenting with how design can communicate the identity of an organisation before someone even starts exploring the website. Still learning, building, and trying to make every project a little better than the last. 🔗 GitHub: https://github.com/darmigan2011-ops/dance-studio-website #Stardance #WebDevelopment #BuildInPublic #WebDesign #React"}]...

It covers my MacBook, my Linux laptop, my desktop, a showcase workstation, and two headless home servers. Instead of setting up each machine by hand, clicking through menus and installing apps one by one, I write a single description of what I want: which apps to install, which wallpaper to use, which keyboard shortcuts to set, and which services to run. The system reads that description and makes each computer match it. Add a new app to the list, and every machine I choose gets it. Change my wallpaper, and it updates everywhere. Everything is pinned to exact versions, so my desktop at home and my laptop on the road behave the same way. Every change saves a previous state, so if an update breaks something I can roll back to the last working setup in one step. Each machine follows its own rules, so my servers never get gaming software and my Mac never gets tools built only for Linux. The six machines: MacBook: daily macOS workstation Laptop: Linux laptop I carry around Desktop: gaming and desktop workstation with rotating artwork wallpapers Beattie: showcase and lab workstation Mini 1: headless home server for infrastructure Mini 2: headless home server for media services I built Tundra because I was tired of setting up new computers by hand and never being sure two machines matched. I wanted one source of truth for my entire digital environment. Install it once, and it works everywhere."}]...
