Devlogs:
I built a Whimsical Joke Generator using HTML, CSS, and JaveScript! It features dual mode joke sets (whimsical vs plain), dynamic background color changing, custom typography and floating emoji pop animations when interacting with buttons
adding a burger style menu bar was so hard, i kept typing code under style and i was so confused for a second as tp why the code wasnt working as it should, anyways theres alot of changes coming to v1!
tried to add a theme menu and version badge… both are giving me a hard time….
took me a while but i decided to not go with v1 but instead call it v2 to symbolise how big of a jump it is
Ships:
I made a simple joke generator, it was purposefully designed to be ridiculous, the best part of this project is the smooth background color change and emoji animation, this is one of my first real projects and was hard to accomplish, but practice makes perfect....

You point it at a folder of photos, videos, and documents you already have and it gives you a proper web app to browse, search, and stream them from anywhere, without ever touching or reorganizing the actual files on disk. I built it because I have a Samsung T7 drive full of a decade of family photos and every app I tried wanted to import everything into its own library and rename stuff. Loom just reads whatever folder structure you already have and works with that. . Under the hood it’s three Docker containers, a Next.js app for the UI and API, a separate worker that indexes the filesystem and makes thumbnails, and Postgres for metadata only, never file content. It has a full file browser with grid and list views, a photo and video viewer, drag and drop uploads, trash with recovery, multiple user accounts with per folder permissions, and an audit log. There’s also a public demo you can try without installing anything, it’s a completely fake version running with no backend at all, everything happens in your browser. . The hardest part by far was video playback. Browsers only play a handful of video formats natively, so anything else, HEVC from an iphone, old MOV and AVI files, needed converting on the fly. I didn’t want to transcode an entire two hour video before someone could watch even the first second of it, so I built a system that only converts the exact chunk of video someone is actually watching or seeking to, in six second pieces, and shares the work if two people ask for the same part at once. Getting that to not corrupt itself when someone seeks around took a lot of debugging. . The other really annoying stretch was making the demo version work. It’s a static build with literally no server, and the entire fake backend is done by intercepting fetch requests in the browser. I got it fully built and deployed and it looked fine, every page loaded, every request returned 200, and it was completely broken underneath, folders showed up empty and buttons did nothing. Turned out the code that fakes the backend was never actually running in the browser at all because of how Next.js bundles server components, and curl and normal build checks couldn’t catch it since everything technically responded fine. I only found it by scripting an actual headless browser to click through the site. . What I’m most proud of is probably the idle drive design. A lot of self hosted apps for photos and files constantly watch your disk or hash every file on every scan, and I really didn’t want that for a drive that spins down. Loom only reads file size and modified time to check for changes, and only actually opens a file’s content the first time something genuinely needs to, like making a thumbnail. A full rescan of a library that hasn’t changed barely touches the disk at all. . To test it, the easiest way is the live demo, no install needed, any username and password works and there’s a button that fills in the demo login for you. From there you can click into the sample folders (they go a few levels deep on purpose), open a photo or video, try renaming or trashing something and refresh the page to see it stuck around, and check out the settings pages for users, permissions, and the scanner. If you want to run the real thing, it’s a single script install with Docker, clone the repo and run the install script and it walks you through the rest.", "repo": "https://github.com/KaveeshKrishna/loom", "demo": "https://loomdemo.kaveeshkrishna.in/"}]...

DEVLOG_1: After taking break from my project Sentinel, I have now started a new project Loom. It is again related to the home server I made using my 7 year old laptop!! I am making this project because I wanted a reliable way to access and edit personal files which are on an external ssd attached to my server. Everything remotely. Right now I have made the initial UI of Loom and a rough outline of where buttons and options are gonna be. now I am gonna work on all the different sections you are seeing on the attached image :]
DEVLOG_2: This one took more time than I thought but now Loom is able to identify folder structure and files inside my SSD :] The scanner walks the tree with readdir and stat, and for every file it stores the path (relative to /media), the name, file or directory, the type, size and modified time. all of that becomes a FileNode row in Postgres.
DEVLOG_3: After doing a lot of research online about industry standard says to make a secure login method. I added a login page that uses email and password, no Google OAuth because Loom is not supposed to be a public website but for personal use. I’m using better-auth for the actual logic. I am also working on an automatic Preview and Thumbnail generation while this scan runs but right now it is not working, hopegully by the next 2 Devlogs I can make it work :]
DEVLOG_5: Worked for 12+ hours straight and finally implemented a lot of very important features. DEVLOG_13: OKKK, so this is gonna be the last devlog for Loom before I ship it. Loom is now ready to be used by anyone in their VPS to manage their personal file :] . I also made a demo website for loom which anyone can visit to see how it works and looks at loomdemo.kaveeshkrishna.in . Fixed the last remaining bugs and made the permissions working properly, now every new account in Loom can be given a set of permissions and that account will not be able to access files other than the set permissions.
Ships:
Loom is a self hosted file manager for your own server or NAS. If you want to run the real thing, it’s a single script install with Docker, clone the repo and run the install script and it walks you through the rest....

I spent so much time overthinking how to debug the 53 errors i got, turns out it was because of a semicolon…. btw this is a retro themed esp32 music play, because way too much stuff is digitalized and music shouldent be filled with ads!
i started rewriting the code so i can use little fs to save song names to the esp32, as the sd card is going to be directly mounted to the dfplayer and there is no other way to save or read data form the sd using the dfplayermini. I created a new settings menu as wel.
The display of my laptop broke :-( I have been coding uisng an external 7 inch monitor… These curly brackets are confusing me so much! But ill never stop this project till im done. Currently am rewriting the code for the menu and how to interact with it, i will andd bluetooth once im done with this base model!
currently writing the track selection code! Its throwing soooo many errors at me :-(
i started working on the settings part of the code . in getting hit with a lot of errors but im combing through the code and finding manyyy errors! ill update soon.
I finally got all the errors fixed! I’m going to flash and test this version and then add bluetooth! I’ll publish this version on github after that. :-)
im fixing a few errors it the menu like not being able to rename songs and fixing ui freezing and audio glitches, I got the base working and will start on bluetooth soon!
ok so the project works but i complete forgt to add the logic part of renaming songs etc, i deleted about 200 lines of code to update it. ill will post a breadboard prototype after fixing this version of code
I finished ver1.3, currenty debugging errors in ver1.3… Ill do a timlapse soon stay tuned for the hardware build montage!
I added code so that i can rename songs through the player but i have to clike abt 52 times per letter becaue the screen size and buttons are limited . If you have any ideas on optmizing the typing please feel free to suggest it in the comments!
just uploaded build montage on lapse go check it out
I’m currently fixing the keyboard navigation, and adding code to rename artists as well. I will update agian after fixing it.
I just dropped version 1.3 of the esp-pod on github , go check it out!
I found out i have to create a pcb so I’m doing it.
i fixed the schematics of the board. I added switches and labeled everything. I ran through the tests and it passed perfect.
i finished all the PCB Editing in about 5 hours!! I’m gonna put the PCB files on github soon. I”ll also send it for reshipping… hopefully it will be accepted.
Ships:
This is a retro themed mp3 player built around the esp32-wroom-1, this is version 1.3, this verson can play audio, browse through songs, add favorite songs, remane songs, artists and setsong duration. It has an inbuild keyboard wich makes it easy to type and save songs....

VisionLab Exciting news! VisionLab now features object detection alongside a freshly redesigned theme. 🥳 I’d love to get your feedback on the new look - what changes or improvements would you suggest? New update will be shipped soon!!

Using PySide6 and OpenCV, I developed VisionLab, a desktop software that offers real-time computer vision capabilities, featuring Normal, Grayscale, and Edge detection functionality. Combining live OpenCV camera feed into PySide6 interface, along with frame processing capabilities, QSS styling, and building stand-alone application, was quite a challenge for me. I am glad to have finished version 1.2.2 of VisionLab with a downloadable software that has a custom GUI, non-branded favicon, README file, and standalone release. To test the software, first download VisionLab zip file from GitHub Releases, unzip it, then get to VisionLab -> dist -> main and double click main.exe. No Python or compiler is required. A working webcam is needed.
VisionLab v1.3.0 I’m really happy to announce that now VisionLab can detect objects. Object detection is powered by Yolo library. New Updates:- Object Detection New Theme...

I kept changing things when something felt too empty, too much, or just didn’t look how I imagined it. I also had to figure out GitHub and GitHub Pages so I could actually put the website online instead of leaving it on my computer. I’m probably most proud of the fact that I actually finished it and got it deployed. The final version took me about 2 hours and 52 minutes to make, which is much faster than my first attempt at making a personal website....

First day, first run, not like the average honeymoon phase! What’s up folks? this is Atharva known online as FiniteCode. This project is about building a macOS Power Information Utility, wherein the user can view live stats of power consumption and intake for their macbooks (and potentially macs too). This project is gonna be interesting, this is probably my 3rd or 4th time attempting to work with Swift, it has always been fun. Hidden APIs macOS itself doesn’t natively broadcast a lot of the power information to the Applications, and so you have to go through hidden system APIs. The Setup Today I spent over 30minutes setting up my time tracking with Wakatime and connecting it to Stardance metrics, and submitted my IDs for verification. Now I have low-level Access to macOS This is just theory, but realistically I’m only a couple of hours away from making this true. Upon extensive research and code review on various online posts and OSS, I was able to find that: Apple introduced a detailed sub-dictionary within the AppleSmartBattery node on Apple Silicon architectures (M1 and beyond), known as PowerTelemetryData . The PowerTelemetryData structure yields three critical metrics that must be utilized by my app: a) SystemPowerIn : This represents the total DC power entering the machine’s logic board directly from the external AC adapter, “prior to any internal routing”. b) BatteryPower : This metric indicates the precise amount of power actively being routed into the battery for charging, or being pulled from the battery for discharging. (However many projects instead preferred manual calculation using our standard Voltage * InstantAmperage formula, likely for better accuracy?). c) SystemLoad : This defines the total localized power being consumed internally by the logic board, the System-on-Chip, the display, and all active peripherals. Stay tuned, I’m finally gonna play with these metrics!
The Skeleton is here! As stated in my previous devlog #2, the skeleton UI is now here, I’ve plugged in all the functions and metrics to gather data but a fix is needed to make all these display correct values, for now, we have a correct UpTime status and a correct Adapter Wattage reading. Other details remain to be fixed. thanks to the code completion I was able to type out these ~200 lines in under 25 minutes!
Now I have the access to the internals of macOS As promised through devlog #2 and devlog #3. I now have access to internal data states of macOS. Currently the power data displayed is correct and alongside is fully functional, now it’s time to switch up the and give it a face-lift. I’ve also discovered on features like Charge Control and more internal data states mentioned earlier. I’ll share the facelift soon, the Github code is now live and available with downloads, I’ll share the source in my next devlog. Thanks for following the journey, do follow it and I’ve got something a lot bigger going on, (a potential AA style title in browser)
Making the Figma UI Prototype! Probably the only non-coding part here. First off, I’m kinda in love… with my design. Not only did I have to spend over an hour tweaking the correct liquid glass settings in Figma, I also I had put all my brain into designing this, trying to get the best of UX and a delight to the eye. btw a hack for anyone tryna do liquid glass and make it readable, try to spike up the Frost slider in the settings ;) I’ve also added My Mockup vs Vibecode UI Mockup in the Screenshots! Liquid Glass and UI Update! My mom keeps calling me dumb occasionally, not that she means any harm, but she might be correct. From here on I gotta figure out how I can make the glass clearer, adjust depth, splay, dispersion. etc etc The second Image represents my earlier mockup
Better Animations, better data The app now let’s you monitor live stats, features better scrolling text animations. I made sure the app was polling the system every 0.25 seconds, then it was averaging out the 4 data points at 0.25s intervals and giving the user a smooth 1 reading per second. The Reward and the Challenge This is now complemented by the animations which honestly took a solid amount of trial and error to get right, the key to mastering this was smooth fade out of the numbers, along side using the array chopping for animate per digit’s place!
A new icon! and a new Interface! It’s been 15 hours since my last devlog, had my night’s sleep, completed school, and worked for 3 hours too! and finally, I think I’m ready to present you with an icon, it’s not perfect, it’s not the best, but it’s my (sub-par) greatest creation. Coming back at it For a long time now I was gone, this was mostly due to academics and the ongoing festive season in India rn. I do hope I’ll be able to work again on it soon. These 3 logged hours featured minor bug fixes in the app. but since it’s been a month since these hours were logged, I don’t recall what it exactly was spent on. The core idea: a three-tier system where Tracks define what you’re focusing on in a phase of life, Projects drill into specific areas, and a grid planning view turns everything into executable daily tasks. All stored in plain markdown files in your vault. I built it because I kept overcommitting and losing the thread between my seasonal goals and what I was actually doing day to day. It’s been my daily driver for a while now. This project has gone through many iterations, and I’ve recently started reworking the UI to make the plugin truly usable and intuitive for new users. I would appreciate any feedback on the UI. Meanwhile, I am working on the task and rendering logic to make sure things are working as intended!
I added the capability for partial task completion. At first, I thought it would be a super simple task, but because of how tightly integrated everything is in the project, it took me a little longer than I thought it would.
I’ve been working on the actual v4 release of the plugin. But it’s been taking a lot longer than I thought. While testing the plugin in my test environment, the plugin runs quite smoothly. However, when testing it in my actual vault, it is a lot slower and less performant than I expected. Waiting 9 seconds just to switch a view is such a deal-breaker. Regardless, here is what I did since the last devlog: Added a panel to edit tracks in the “Workbench” view (When redesigning the views, I forgot to provide a place for people to edit their tracks) Fixed styling of the Gantt chart view Attempted to optimize performance with rendering tweaks and by removing some debounce conditions
Releasing and shipping something for other to use really isn’t about just pushing code. After writing up my release, I thought I would be done, but when it actually came to test the plugin out on my vault, I ran into some issues that made the plugin really unusable, so I’ve been working towards fixing that. Here’s what I addressed: Added the ability to create projects and tracks (After the redesign, I forgot to add a button to create these basic things!!) Removed directly style sheet injection (Obsidian doesn’t like it when I add css using javascript) Added the ability to define start and end date for projects with 1 phase I still got some bugs to fix and production issues to address!
Some more fixes to really get the plugin to be useable by other people! v4.0.5 Add ability to change track effective dates in Workbench Change how track effective dates work Only 1 interval of active dates No longer dependent on its internal project contents Remove old, unused settings options...

I recently worked on a game for the jame gam, called Diaper Baby. So now I am making another more meaningful game, you scribble the canvas to reveal messages and then once you have revealed it you can move on. This is the MVP, so you will probably find workarounds in the game. How the game works: I used React-konva (a library that lets you set a canvas). I set two layers, one was of text and one was of the coat layer. The coat layer stays above the text and you have the eraser tool set up, and when you erase the coat layer it reveals the message. Once the message is partially or fully revealed, the arrow is shown.
Set up the music and scribbling sound. I used the Tone.js library to make the scribbling sound. I used the sound “white” + the filter “highpass”. After adjusting the values and sounds for a while, I got something pretty satisfying. I found a sound on incompetech.com in the classical category called Relent. I set up Tone.js to play the sound too but bcz I use IDM alot. IDM was interfering with my application which caused me to switch to the plain audio tag. Try it out at scriblinlife.vercel.app.
I added a cool moon to the game. The moon is there bcz the platform was pretty blank and I wanted to give it more life. I also set this up with Konva. I added a gradient and glow animation to stop it from looking like a stupid circle in the corner. I think it gives personality to the game, let me know your thoughts.
I set up fireflies woohoo. More personality for the game. I also resized the canvas so the fireflies would have more space to fly. I used a little bit of AI to help me with the calculations and math.

I just completed the dropdown functionality, which means we can have more scribbls… YAY! So what I mean is now you could go to my repo and add your own scribbl and then it would show up in the dropdown and anybody could select and play it. Also writing a readme is really painful.

I began by changing the design from long range to a freestlye drone mainly because of the budget, since i was not sure if the drone would qualify for x tier funding. for this drone i have most of the components so it will be cheaper to fund.
i finished working on the camera and battery mount (basic) the drone will be pusher so the stack mount will act as a base and the camera and battery will go on top.
I added this spacer so that i can use 30mm screws to mount the stack and keep them from interfering with the o4 mounting. Its still not to the actual measurments and i will probably have to add something for the battery to it.
I noticed that the o4 mounting was not adhering well so I increased thicknes and changed the slicer settings so that it had a higher temperature. Below images of the reprint and the first failure.
I had to completely redesign the drone because the board’s irl dimensions didn’t allow the previous alignment. I then redesigned the drone so that it’s still a pusher, but now it has more space for the board and the other components. I also added a dedicated battery compartment. I also got the weight down to 38g....

Devlog — Sevasync Date:1 June 2026 Time worked:Late evening (~10 PM onward) What I worked on today Fixed - Stay Logged In -system using Firebase Auth persistence App now automatically opens Home Screen if already logged in ✅ Added Logout system inside Profile Screen Added logout confirmation dialog Fixed navigation after logout → back to Login Screen ✅ Existing systems tested Search Records working Check Records working Edit/Delete system working User-only records issue fixed (UID based filtering) Current MVP Status Core app flow is now functional: Login Profile S/BS Entry Search Records Check Records Edit/Delete Stay Logged In Logout Problems / Tech Debt Firestore structure still messy Need optimization later Reminder system pending (next major feature) Thoughts Funny milestone: Built and shipped most of the base app with almost zero Flutter knowledge and on a brand new laptop 😭🔥
fougth a long battle with auto reminder scheduling in flutter and for looks like i lost but will try again issue is it drops instant notification but not scheduled one any solution ??
so auto reminder function is complete problem was reciever tag missing in flutter XML file i am attaching screenshot below and finally after a long battle me and chat gpt fought figured that out
finally everything about reminder system is sorted and tested and now my app is near to complete probably after 24 hours i will send it for review to google as i already hold a dev account and today i fought bugs and found some critical bugs too and created a few new buttons and save them in firestore and likely tomorrow i will finalize it and ship it (devlog 4) and can anyone tell me how to get start dust
so i almost finalized my application add a few buttons and search filters done deep testing and solved many critical bugs including many auth bugs and many other so data do not show to other users and add a coming soon poster for a feature planned and there a few more things which will be done shortly and i will send it for review tomorrow
i alomost finalized my app and debug many issue and tried to make iit production ready but in the and when running flutter buil release it shows splash screen stuck error and i couldn’t fix it so tommorow i will release it for testers also added many oher fields and drop down in app to inrease productivity and convinience
afrom last 10 days i have not posted a single devlog but i am happy to announce that i have finally made it i haev completed the project solved many bugs resolved many errors made the ui part and 3 x my app looks and feel now my app is all set for launchi have already started the closed testing before production release in play console
just wanna say that my project is on play store now
completed project info today and launched an update on play store with enhanced security and added git hub url
just working on new app
Ships:
so i made an app publically known as seva details . it for SK & BSK to let them manage their seva records easily and efficiently and help them to digitalize their methods and search across their saved records and have reminder a day right before their seva(an event you can say) come . in this i have used ai like chat gpt and last claude for a quick ui refactor and this project is live on playstore and currently it has 71 downloads. so you can just search and download it to see how it looks . and challenging part was working with ai and with zero flutter knowledge and maintaining security ....

Now that I use thread I can do multiple tasks without having to stop the other task which is why I wont have to stop the physics process this is like having two assembly lines (i am not sure what that analogy means but I dont have a proper example , basically I can do things alongside other things without having to pause) Noww next devlog when I add something new and my hand gets better cya!!!"}, {"post_id": 62455, "ts": "2026-09-05T20:10:02Z", "hours": 5.5081, "text": "Dayum today’s time is kinda long cuz i was being a dumdum What happened was since in a physics system we have the graphics, collision and physics so I thought of making different classes which was not a good choice so I spent a REALLLLLLLLYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY long time making those classes and since I wanted it to be inherited the system got really messy and I just kept getting error and errors. So, I stopped and now I am no longer fighting for my life. But then I spent some time making the wall collision a bit better, I improved the logic and also the way positioning happens in it and now the collision is extremely smooth and good looking and it no longer overlaps. After that worked I added gravity which was simple unless you are like me who spent a lot of time but the solution was just one line away. I just had to decrease velocity as per gravity * dt because gravity is second derivative but I kinda tried to mix things and update the velocity and position as the same time. I also added a reference to delta time in main class this way the delta time stays consistent Now I am gonna add a position correction system for object to object collision and then I will be more than 60% done with my project (or so I hope)"}, {"post_id": 60217, "ts": "2026-09-02T13:27:42Z", "hours": 2.6572, "text": "Soo the COLLISION SYSTEM IS COMPLETE I can finally start working on the physics it could be easy I think. Soo I just started making things and I have never really used a graphics library before so I spent quite a lot of time learning about how I am supposed to be using this library Things went good and it was actually pretty easy to get used to From tomorrow I think I will probably work on implementing movement first or collision first……we will see
Soo I realised that making new shapes gets kinda lengthy sometimes so I added a class an object that will help me make a new shape Also before I make anything related to translation and collision I will have to design the grid system I am still thinking of how I should implement the grid and where I should keep the origin Also I specified a fixed size of the window and including the border it is 840x640 pixels and without the border it is 800x600 pixels
I couldnt do much today my exams are going on. But I made some changes to the coordinate system before this the +Y was going downwards now it is upwards Now I have a better grid system such that every coordinate is positive and I wont have to deal with negative numbers
Soo the last time I wrote the code everything was messy and since I had done not so much work I thought of doing everything from the beginning. So I did and this also helped me to understand and improve everything by making the code a bit cleaner and making some functions and classes I also made a struct vector for storing information of the entities. For now I am working on adding only when the objects are circles also since I am implementing only the translation for now thats why I dont think someone will be bothered by not having rotation cuz they probably wont notice any.
MY EXAMS ARE OVERRRRRRRR and now im back on work and I will try to do a devlog almost everyday. I have been working on making the collision system for now i worked with the borders each time I will run into some problem like velocity being updated each frame time after it collides or getting garbage values because I forgot to initialize the variables. Now they are fixed and now I will work on implementing collsion with other physics objects and before that I noticed that the circle will sometimes do slightly behind the border which is what I will fix.
I added header files and seperated things to make them cleaner to look at i havent updated the code to work with the headers they are seperate now but I will change it later uhh i forgot what else i had done cuz my hackatime was not working
well didnt do much today got busy here n there today i finally implemented the functions and classes and they are working smoothly rn, at first i did run into some weird errors which i fixed now i am gonna work on adding object to object collision now that i am done with the regular collision.
for some reason i have been using things that need x and y components as different variables which i dont know why i was doing so i shrinked(if thats a word) them and joined everything info sf::vector2f other than that i spent the time trying to implement things that i did not properly understood gonna spend some time studying a bit better
the collision system i am starting to understand it now well i cant really explain much in this session sooo i will explain everything in one go after this is done
Soo the COLLISION SYSTEM IS COMPLETE I can finally start working on the physics it could be easy I think. As for collision I followed this document: collision reponse Oh wait I need to add collision response for boxes as well I JUST REMMEBERED THIS AS I WAS WRITING THIS DEVLOG I am more cooked than the food when I cook it
Dayum today’s time is kinda long cuz i was being a dumdum What happened was since in a physics system we have the graphics, collision and physics so I thought of making different classes which was not a good choice so I spent a REALLLLLLLLYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY long time making those classes and since I wanted it to be inherited the system got really messy and I just kept getting error and errors. I also added a reference to delta time in main class this way the delta time stays consistent Now I am gonna add a position correction system for object to object collision and then I will be more than 60% done with my project (or so I hope)
AAAAAGHHHHHHHHHHH MY HANDDD all i did was some exercise and since then my hand hurts very bad which is why I can type properly just a bit of weird movement and it feels like its going to fall off soo i am gonna tell whatever I have done till now I am done with the physics and collision and now I need to make a CLI for user to do things For that at first I was going to pause the physics and then let the user enter but then I found out about threads Basically when we code everything happens in a straight manner like one step at a time, imagine this like a single assembly line for producing things. Now that I use thread I can do multiple tasks without having to stop the other task which is why I wont have to stop the physics process this is like having two assembly lines (i am not sure what that analogy means but I dont have a proper example , basically I can do things alongside other things without having to pause) Noww next devlog when I add something new and my hand gets better cya!!!
I am working on CLI system for giving input to the app As of now I have added a couple of features like updatevelocity, applyforce, setgravity and exit I did not do a commit yet I will do it in the next session I will add more features into it and I currently I am adding a way to get some information from the app which I will tell about in the next devlog
Hmmmmmmmmmmm I did a lot of work today and my code looks very messy now and I am not even sure if it is messy or if it is supposed to look like this Well today I completed the CLI for my physics engine and even added themes so u can customize can look. Damn I thought I did a lot of work and now I cant even remember a single thing that I did Well I do know what I will be doing now I will add a way to save the theme in device at a specific folder this way if u make any theme and close the theme u will still be able to access the previously made theme and u wont have to make it again After that I will give it finishing touches and then README and then make a static version of this app then import then ship 🚢
sooooo i did a lot of things i completed the input method by taking information by getline() and parsing it and storing each infomation in a vector then it is decided what should be done by checking what is in vector at 0 index i also finished the option for themes and i also added some premade theme to have something to work it and u can even add you own themes. uhhhhh what else did i do…. yes decoration the terminal by default has white text and quickly it starts looking terrible and messy so what i did was i gave the text some colour now it is a bit more cleaner to navigate between different portions in terminal. i am gonna work on making the app capable of being exported and also add some small things here n there also yea the readme as well
IT IS FINALLY DONE AAAAAGHHHHHHHH I AM READY TO SHIP THE PROJECT before that lets see what else I did all this time. I made the readme and made minor changes to the code to improve the program like adding a ‘help’ command to get quick help Also to get a proper guide on how things work I added a readme.html in folder of executable so the terminal doesnt feel very cluttered

I made a 2D physics engine which I named as Basic2DP (Basic 2 dimensional physics). It was made in C++ and uses SFML library for drawing the graphics. As for me he most challenging part was learning the actual math and physics to apply in the program. other than this the difficult part was keeping a track of code I often forget what I am supposed to do at what places :P. I am really proud of the fact that it is maybe the first project I have ever made that is this big I even had really fun in making it specially the theme feature was the most fun to work it for some reason, definitely enjoyed it and definitely learned a lot. If you are going to use this project then u can get it from the release section of my github repo but make sure to have 64bit windows and do not remove any of the dll files. Well thats all hope ya like this project :D...

Hello everyone! Introducing Tsundoku . . . Or at least it’s very beginnings. I started working on my long term project for those messy heads like me. Its purpose is to help organize ours calendars and time tables. So far, so good: about 1.5 hours on record on day one, with a basic Python/PySide6 layout and the beginnings of the application’s structure. Next up: building the scheduling system There’s a long way to go, but it’s officially started.
Dev Log #1 Did an AI integration with the GROQ API, and I’m honestly proud of how it’s coming together. The whole idea is finally getting its rough scaffolding, and it’s working so far. So good, so good.
Dev Log #2Added a settings page so users can add their own Groq API key. The basic saving and loading is working, but there are still some bugs with the API key not updating correctly and the LLM sometimes fighting with the “I couldn’t find an actionable task” message.I’ll debug that tomorrow.
Dev Log #3 Got the web demo working and actually put Tsundoku online. It can now take a messy task dump and use Groq to turn it into actual tasks from a browser.I also changed the web version so users can use their own Groq API key instead of me having to put mine on the server. The organizer is getting a bit smarter too, so it doesn’t try to answer every random question and only focuses on stuff that can actually become a task.
