Devlogs:
Create project and test idea. I went ahead created a Vite, React, Typescript app. Also attempted overlaying an svg on top of an image of a splatoon 3 map for different callout regions. Commit Link (when repo is public)
Created a selector for maps that brings up the map and the callout regions. Commit link
Now logs which regions have been clicked in console. I plan to have it display on each region, but I’m still working on that. Commit Link (when public)
Made the main guessing logic. Unfortunately, had to restructure the svg assets to be created based off parameters fed into a function. This had to be done because it made it easier to pass in each individual path function and also make edits to them (like fill color).
Centered elements and added pages for context. Also coded a script to convert svgs to .tsx files to automate the map overlay creation pipeline.
Adds every map to the website. Now, just need to label every region with their callout name....

just started building my web os. so far i’ve got the desktop, taskbar, start menu, clock, and 3 wallpapers that save to localStorage. icons are from font awesome, and i added Alt+M shortcut and double-click to open the menu. still a long way to go. planning to add windows, terminal, notes, drawing pad, settings, and a file manager next. this is just the beginning. more features coming.
windows are working now . draggable, minimizable, maximizable, closable. taskbar shows running apps. terminal has commands (help, clear, date, time, neofetch, echo). notes save to localStorage. drawing pad works with colors and clear. settings has dark mode toggle. made the ui look better too glass effect, new wallpapers, smoother animations. this is just the beginning. more features coming.
finally added calculator and file manager today. calculator works properly now ,basic operations and grid layout fixed. file manager shows folders and files, clicking them triggers notifications. also fixed some other stuff ,taskbar apps scroll when there are too many, added resize handle on windows so you can drag them bigger or smaller, dark mode works properly now windows, taskbar, menus, and text all switch. terminal prompt is at the top now, drawing canvas pointer is fixed, right-click on desktop gives wallpaper options and refresh. getting closer to being done.
Worked on JerOS today. Calculator history moved to sidebar, now shows full expression. Fixed duplicate heading bug. File manager now shows actual files when clicking folders. Taskbar right click menu opens task manager and settings properly. Added wallpaper upload, keyboard shortcuts, font size options. Light mode fully fixed. Feels more polished now.
Many new WebOS 2 apps have been added. With its brush, eraser, line, rectangle, circle, fill, spray, undo/redo, and the ability to scale the canvas in accordance with the window, the paint program was the largest and took me the longest. A browser with quick site connections, a clock with a timer, stopwatch, and world time, a music player with built-in tracks and device upload, and weather that determines your exact position and displays your city have all been included. Built JerOS, a web-based OS that actually works. started simple just terminal and notes now it’s got a file manager, calculator with history sidebar, system tray with network/battery info, light/dark mode, and custom wallpaper upload. Calculator history was a headache kept showing duplicate headings and you couldn’t scroll it properly. Took a while to fix. Terminal prompt was another pain green in dark mode, invisible in light mode got that sorted. system tray was fun to build though, battery and network actually use real browser APIs which feels cool. Proud of how polished it feels now. just open the link, no password, nothing to install. try it out!
For WebOS 2 I added a bunch of new apps to JerOS a proper paint app with brush, eraser, shapes, fill and spray tools plus undo and redo, a music player with builtin songs and option to add your own from device, live video wallpaper, a browser with quick site links, weather that finds your actual location and shows your city, and a clock with timer, stopwatch and world time. Also did window snapping, macos style window buttons and 8 direction resize. Paint app was the hardest thing honestly, it kept drawing in a tiny corner instead of the whole canvas and undo and redo kept breaking. Weather also just hung on loading forever until I switched APIs....

I started my Manual OS The idea is to make Web OS where nothing is installed and you have to install everything manually. There will be two options to use complete instalation or do manualy . Right now i am building main part then to split it and make users to install by parts everything (instalation is only in UI)
Added windows and added browser application I added so when you double click on icon the window with app opens. Also browser was added. It is not google, funny thing google simply doesnt work in iframe. Also these windows are draggable from left side . You can write a url and press Enter , then site will be loaded. In exaples can be seen Wikipedia and my other project - Authentication template ) If you want to try current version you can visit this link: https://robertsrob.github.io/Manual_OS/
Window controll buttons Today I added options for users to maximize, minimize and close windows, also i added so windows now have adjustable priority and you can controll which windows are on top of others by clicking on them. Here is a video of functionality showcase:
Functional taskbar and notepad Now taskbar is not a decoration it is a functinable piece of software. You can choose app to open, choose whats app is on top of other and minimizing works. If you minimize app now pressing in the taskbar you can bring it back! Now thats pretty cool HUH? 😅 Also I added Notepad where you can write something, no functionaluty for now only textarea but looks goood. Also used backdrop-filter: blur(25px) to blur backgrounds, looks good to me.
Terminal Now that is the projects main part - terminal installs - manual part . User will have to install packages to do something - open apps, close apps, minimize apps - super MANUAL, so disk is not flooded with unnecessary packages. Today I added terminal and help command, with plans to expand amount of commands. Interesting part of implementation was color setup - I made terminal structure rework from initial idea. With this console structure I can easily write new colors to show in terminal. There is also easter egg)). Whats next: Command expansion and make them actually work Lock screen Manuality other fun stuff P.S. Manu testers may be fooled, but you can actually open multiple windows of the same app, as much as you want, just like in Linux or any other OS.
Lock screen and neofetch like command Today I added lock screen where you choose your username and whether you want to use this system in manual mode. Also I added command neofetch to show ManualOS logo in console. You can try current version using this link: https://robertsrob.github.io/Manual_OS/
More commands and boot screen I reworked app opening logic so now you can open an app with one terminal command, like notepad or web . Also now before lock screen booting screen can be seen. It shows ~350 lines of some made up text to imitate linux boot screen. It takes about 5.5 seconds to boot up.
First steps of MANUALITY Toady I added two main thing and first is the taskbar update - was added decorative icon and time in right side (hh:mm:ss and dd:mm:yyyy) Also I added install command that shows animation of installation as well as changes in dictionary that package was installed. For now it doesnt work - system feels as everything preinstalled but next thing to do is to add restrictions to system usage without proper installations.
Update of the File Explorer In this addition i added more manuality to basic functions and huge amount of small fixes that enabled me to add new things. Some small updates: Added seconds to time Skip option for booting screent by pressing ESC Everything preinstalled is now a default so testers will be able to use system more easily Also as it is shown in the image now there is new look to File Exlorer and it can now open txt files in notepad, though some of functions like searching are not working yet. Images one of which is stored in Documents folder is opening as text in notepad showing link. Next update I will polish File Explorer and add Image Viewer
Polished + Image Viewer Now you can open Images and ZOOM IN I also added a lot of content - text file and funny jokes even small puzzle ) You can also use basic search in File Explorer as well as going to specefic folder by typing it in path input.
Video game in my OS I added a functionality to the trash app. Now to clear “cache” in my OS, you have to play a game where you need to catapult trash to target. Controlls: Input ranges - vertical and horizontal trajectory Enter or SHOOT button - launch R - restart game after loss Also you can sometimes delete needed information for OS functionality and will be activated self destruction mode Game is written with a bit of math and html canvas)
Ships:
I made a fully working WEB OS with draggable windows and multiple applications (trash bin - for decor, web browser - that accepts only urls and of course notepad). The thing that I am most proud of is funcional taskbar. To test my project just click “try project” and open apps by double clicking on desktop applications. BTW desktop icons are also draggable.
The idea is that to use apps and use basic OS functionality you have to install packages through console! To enable this “OS MODE” you need to choose “EVERYTHING MANUAL” in the lock screen! I am really proud of how comfy and functional OS became, how you can scale and scale it even more, and more. It was the right choice to think about project future in the beggining, and maybe overthink project architecture. To test project press “Try project” or press link . It exists so I could have something in my portfolio without putting my customer’s business information in a public repository, so a lot of the real work isn’t in it. The 3D builder in the repo is a much older version — the whole thing got rewritten in Liquid and JavaScript (instead of the original Python-based version) to run natively inside Shopify, and honestly that rewrite is a project of its own. The real build is a full store where my customer sells through his own website with actual sales numbers. We use Shopify’s own integrated features plus Drip, a third-party app, for gang sheets — collections of images packed onto a fixed-size print canvas. And we built a full 3D shirt design tool for him, because every tool available at the time was horrible and unusable. Everything is custom; there was no pre-made theme that could work as a base. It’s a real store and it works. Getting the 3D models right took hours of my life I’m not getting back. The version on the live domain is the release version — what I’m working on now runs on a separate preview theme, basically a playground where I can’t break anything for real customers. I’m adding a way to first download files above a certain size because most browsers can’t render really large images. I need to be able to download those really large images even when they can’t be rendered.
Currently adding a system to allow multiple designs to be put on the same shirt. Currently rendering is made per image. Replacing the current render system with a multi-image rendering system that allows multiple image meshes to be placed on the shirts, allowing for more unique variations and creations.
Changed: the native Upload / By-Size flows filter out any sheet longer than 240” (sizes now stop at 22×240), and the Dawn variant pickers on the gang product pages hide the 22×360 pill. The variant itself stays on the Drip-owned products untouched (the app manages those); the storefront just never offers it. Verified on staging: filter keeps 13 sizes, drops exactly 22×360. Why: 22×240 is the largest sheet that opens anywhere - 360 is past the 2GB decode wall, unviewable even for the print team.

I started this project about a week before I signed up here — I don’t know the exact date, but I’m fairly sure it was before June 1st, which is why I checked that box. It’s real client work: one of my customers needed a website for his print shop, QB Custom Apparel. The deal is that if he likes it, he get me referrals. The public repo is a sanitized demo. It’s a detailed, complicated project, and Shopify’s APIs are the most confusing thing you will ever find....

Wired up all the JavaScript today windows now actually open when you double-click an icon, drag by the title bar, and resize from the corner. Got the calculator doing real math and the terminal responding to typed commands (help, whoami, date, clear).
This is the feature beyond what the guide covers: a focus mode toggle in the taskbar that dims every window except the one you’re actively using, so you can concentrate on one app without visual clutter from the rest. Also added edge snapping: drag any window to the left or right edge of the screen and it auto-resizes to fill half the screen, like snapping windows on a real desktop OS.

D Title: Deliverance by @CinnamonRoll | Stardance
Devlogs:
Added some first items to the mod!! Created a plan for the story
worked on implementing new blocks, added some block textures
Attempted adding block drops, added basic block drops
added loot tables, tried figuring out ore gen
Added new recipes
I added new recipes and textures! You can now upgrade diamond tools to runestone tools, with a craftable runestone upgrade template.
Attemped (and failed) to add a working GUI. I got it to show up but could not get it to be able to craft.
tried implementing a gui again 😭 didn’t work
Added a lore book and an electrocution damage effect that scales depending of how submerged in water you are
Working on adding a menu for a custom crafting table
added a menu! custom crafting screen is now added
ADDED A CRAFTING SYSTEM AFTER HOURS OF DEBUGGING!!!
Implemented a new STACKED golden apple item: The NOTCH APPLE!! Also created a new particle effect and particle, which will be implemented in the future.
I added a rendering magic circle on my custom crafting table! I went through many rendering errors, but I finally got a small magic circle rotating on my custom crafting table.
I added a cute ’lil zombie entity! Also a new holy sword that SMITES all undead mobs. I also removed some items I deemed useless.
Sorry for this short devlog, I didn’t get to implement much this time. I’m adding a wolf-inspired trident to the game now, so I’ve started by adding a fang item. I also created a spawn egg for the Savage zombie I made yesterday!
Currently updating my mod to 26.2, its so hard 😭. Why do they change so much every update 😭
Successfully ported to 26.2!
Added a music disc with a song that I felt fitting for the mod: Downed by Ketsa. https://freemusicarchive.org/music/Ketsa/concrete-flowers/downed/
Did some housekeeping on my files, renamed the Notch Apple to the King’s Apple (it’s part of the lore trust)
Working on a new trident item, in the works! Unfortunately not finished yet. It has the ‘bloodletting’ curse infused!
Part of me despises minecraft modding because of how much they’ve changed from 1.20 to 26.2 😭 Currently still stuck creating a trident.
Continued working on my trident item. I honestly have no idea what I’m doing at this moment, nothing seems to be working.
The trident shows up as an entity now! Next steps: loyalty, item model
Continued working on my trident entity, it hates me so much. I did get it to become loyal though
Took me 10 hours, but I did it. Custom construct Entity with custom model, and custom altar structure. The lore is coming along well.
67!!! 6 hours and 7 minutes. I have successfully implemented a new dimension and biome, the Classic Dimension and Classic Biome. Currently halfway through implementing a new Rift Key (to jump dimensions) and Blood Dropper (Undead Summoner)
Just a bit of work, added a new cursed lectern block. It gives all mobs in a surrounding area weakness or weakness II when activated with a runestone or polished runestone
Added final touches before shipping in alpha development stage.
Final touches, forgot some edits earlier
Ships:
I made a Minecraft mod based on stories. It was quite challenging to make it in 26.2, the most recent version. Lack of documentation at the start really made it harder. I hope you find this project fun and interesting. If you playtest this, please be aware of the following: This is not perfect. There may be bugs that I did not catch. Also, I do not have a video to showcase this project. Please refer to the project README. It is still in alpha, so some features are still missing. However, school is starting and I will not have time to work on it for a while so it is going on hiatus....

Devlogs:
Note Picker First version of the note picker, it will need a re-do to prevent overlapping notes and to support sharps and flats. I also wrote a system that converts into an internal representation from which it’s easy to get the names of the notes and hopefully to locate them on the guitar fretboard.
Improved Note Picking and Support for Sharps/Flats I improved the note picking: To prevent notes from overlapping the note now follows the mouse position, users can place notes freely wherever they want. Additionally, I added support for sharp and flat notes, which can be toggled on the left side of the note’s name. It’s a bit quirky as e.g. a sharp F becomes “F#” but a sharp H becomes “C”, not “H#” (thanks music theory!)
Fretboard shows Notes The notes you pick in the staff show up on a guitar fretboard! One thing I learned from this project so far, it is to always make dumb React components: Don’t manage the component’s state internally when it can make sense wanting to access it from the parent component in the future. In my case: The fretboard is a “smart” component and when passed a note it knows and shows all the possible locations to play it - this works for now, but it’s hardly extendable: For a feature I’m planning, the parent component needs to control precisely where to show the dots - which as of now is impossible, because the fretboard only works with notes + it will show all possible locations, not precisely the ones I want to show. To fix this, I will expose a prop that controls not what notes to show, but what frets and strings dots should appear on.
Colored Notes and Architecture I fixed the architectual issues i wrote about in my previous devlog using a dedicated class for visualization. It uses the builder pattern and should be extendable so that new visualizations on the fretboard can easily be added. Moreover I gave each note its own color, numbered the frets and added little circle markers in the same pattern they appear on a guitar.
More Notes and Open Strings Besides updating the layout I “added new notes”. Of course you can have as many as you want, but I wanted to make sure lines outside of the staff become muted, so everything is easier to see. More importantly, open strings are now visualized on the fretboard - previously only notes where guitar players had to press down showed up. The architecture I talked about in previous devlogs worked wonderfully :)
Tuanble Strings & Expandable Fretboard with Dynamic Staff Sizing Users can now set how individual strings are tuned on the fretboard, as changing the tuning is required for some pieces on the guitar. Additionally, players can now choose how many frets they are comfortable using - the staff resizes (more/less staff lines) so that the entire fretboard can be utilised without cluttering the screen with notes you cannot play at the selected fret count.
Project Demo, small Fixes & Deployment In order to be ready to ship, I created a demo video using OpenScreen showing how to use the app, I also did some fixes here and there and finally deployed the app to GitHub Pages.
Ships:
Guitar Assistant Guitar Assistant is an app that shows you where to press down on the guitar to play whatever notes you pick in the staff. The guitar allows you to play the same note at different positions on the fretboard, so there is usually not one correct way of playing a set of notes. Guitar Assistant shows you all possibilities so that you can pick the one you’re most comfortable with. Coming up with an architecture for converting between where the note is on the staff, and where the note can be played on the fretboard was the most challenging part. I have been learning html for 3 years now and I think it’s finally time I made a very cool personal site for myself. The code below encompasses the <style> for my personal website. I plan on adding facts about myself, my innovations, my hobbies and contact details.
Designed the main title screen for my website along with task bar on top. (Image on the right) But for some reason, the rest of my website has white background and the texts are not clearly visible. (Image on the left) I gotta figure out how to correct my code and make my whole website the same navy blue colour, which won’t get affected when the user “scrolls” through my website.
Added image placeholder cards and inserted some images to visualize my hobbies and projects. Tried to create a toggle button between Dark & Light themes, but I’m having some difficulties with making my entire page change colour. For some reason my first welcome screen does not change into light mode.

Today i moved my sorry ass back into the makespace, and burned through another switch before finally doing it ! I figured out that the trick to it is using flux so your solder melts easy, then applying solder to the wire first and then only applying flux on the pad and soldering - it took like two hours and i had to use one of those “helping hands” dr octopus thingys but i was feeling like tony stark the entire time. i failed once, then resoldered and tested with a multimeter, and everything beeped like it was supposed to when i poked it ! So basically i cut 3 female to male wires, and soldered just the female parts bare side on to the switch, and stuck the other side on to some GPIO pins on the ESP, and it worked ! … sometimes - my solder joint on one of the switch pads (the one that triggers when you tilt the switch down) was bad, so i had ta resolder that, but then i was fine. So i got back home after playing a round of cards against humanity (rlly cool btw) and then the fun really began. First thing i did when i got home was flash my new and improved software ! i was extremely surprised when it actually worked ! it was just to test if the switch was working (display would say UP, DOWN, and PRESS when i used the button) After that i got cracking, and implemented a 4-digit pin, and the UI for selecting API keys, since i had done everything else yesterday. After 2 hours of trial and error i got it working ! you are able to scroll through numbers by tilting up and down and you can select by pressing down, and it would move on to the next number If ya select it wrong, then you get with this in all caps if ya get it right, you get greeted by a lovely selection of all your stored credentials : then the next part was the actual typing - this was the hardest part. you see, i had initially thought i can just simulate how a usb keyboard or one with a dongle types, but nooo it can never be that easy can it ? well it can’t, cause the esp32 c3 supermini doesn’t have that capability - while it can type, it can only do that over bluetooth, which is rather annoying, but not make or break for the project. So now the esp autoconnects to the laptop via bluetooth and can type in passwords without actually being connected to the laptop - which opens up new possibilites (or old ones cause id thought of this b4 lmao. just ignore, it adds more drama and plot to the journal). Ya see, now the device is basically entirely wireless, except that it needs a pwr source - and you know what a portable power source is ? a power bank - wait what ? no that would be way too bulky - i mean a battery. Thats thoughts for later tho. I lost the plot a bit. where was I ? Oh yeah, the typing. Ok, so after finishing the bluetooth typing program even though my device thought it was typing, nothing showed up on my laptop. that wasn’t good. So i had ta tweak my script a bunch to find out where the problem was, just to find out that the problem couldn’t be with my code. So it had to be with my laptop. So i had to do a LOT of research (and deepseek pestering) to find the most obvious culprit : MacOS being paranoid. Ya see, macos needs some stupid bullshit security stuff that aint important at all. Since i was not a fan of that, i basically just asked opencode to “make code work, make code faster”. So it optimized and fixed my code to be all cushy with macos again. then i clicked on one of the test api keys, and it worked ! but it didn’t enter the last letter …. Ugh. ok, i pretty much got everything workin except the switch - ill go from good to bad, alright ? so now my login page fully works and can be deployed by the ESP32 (its in the flash), and also storing API keys - im using something called LittleFS to store them even when there is no power Basically this is the boot sequence : Boot sequence (main.cpp) Serial + OLED init — boots and shows “booting…” LittleFS init — mounts the flash filesystem where the vault file lives WiFi starts immediately — creates the ApiKEY access point at 192.168.4.1. Web server starts serving the login page. Works before any PIN is entered. Vault check — opens /vault.dat, reads the 4-byte magic number APIK to see if a vault exists If no vault (first boot): waits for you to create a PIN via serial (or buttons once wired). Creates an empty vault, encrypts it, saves it to flash. If vault exists: waits for PIN via serial (or you can just use the web UI instead) Loads vault — tries to decrypt with the entered PIN BLE keyboard starts — advertises itself as “ApiKEY” bluetooth keyboard WiFi / Web UI (web.cpp) The ESP32 is a WiFi access point — your phone connects directly to it, no router needed. SSID: ApiKEY, password: apikey123 Serves a dark-themed web page at 192.168.4.1 Login page → enter PIN → Manage page → add/delete/view keys The key change we just made: the web login actually tries to decrypt the vault with whatever PIN you type (handleLogin calls loadVault). So the web UI works independently — you don’t need to enter the PIN on serial first. If the decryption succeeds, it sets authenticated = true and stores the PIN for later re-encryption. And for once, everything works like its supposed to ( please don’t let thisn be a jinx ) - I know right ? it has to be a miracle ! Now comes the bad part. So after i was done with all this, i started on tryna add the switch. I luckily had brought 2 from xHain, but i unfortunatelty did NOT know how they worked. Luckily i had a Multimeter, and unfaltering determination (for now) I basically started poking the pins until something went beep, then tried angling and pressing the switch, while still hunting beeps. Let me tell you, this was grueling - i only got 2 hands, and i had to hold : multimeter red needle on to a tiny pin multimeter black needle on to an even smaller pin sob the switch thats smaller than my fingernail so that it stops wiggling and turning the actual switch part thats smaller than idk i dont gotta comparison here - and i gotta angle it without turning the whole switche Man, i wish i had 5 hands. Evolutions such a bitch, why not let us all have 6 hands with 10 fingers ? Anyway, even after doing all that and poking every single pin or pad or anything even remotely shiny on the switch with the pin i finally moved on to the second switch and it beeped first try. FIRST TRY . turns out my first switch was broken, and the second wasn’t. Yeah. It probably died of agressive poking. Anyway, i then was ready to connect the switch, but guess what ? i ran out of solder, and the damn thing uses SMD pads. And for some damn reason i dont got a hot glue gun. sigh you’ve gotta be kidding me. Im gonna go to the makespace tmrw, and then solder it on SOOOO .. im basically done with everything except adding the switch, testing my keyboard, and making a case for it ! Now the next thing to decide is if im making the thing wireless - its really not that hard, the ESP does all the actual hard stuff for me - all i would have to do is add a power source. I still want to keep it low profile tho, since this is gonna go on my keyring - we’ll see.

Yeah, i fcked up big time. I first tried soldering the ESP32 c3 supermini to the display - this was damn hard. I first took a thick ass cable that kept touching the other pins on the supermini, but still pressed through - and well, it didn’t work. It took like an hour to solder the shit on, and it was damn hard cause the space between the pins was tiny and i have next to no experience with soldering, but i pressed through, and it ended up not working. So i removed all the wires again, used thinner wires, and then it didn’t work AGAIN cause some of the non covered parts of the wires were exposed. UGHHH right ? Then i tried again, and also put some solder on the wire so that it sticks and doesn’t like wierdly frizzle, then soldered everything again and then put like a TON of tape on it for insulation, then decided it was too much tape and took it off. Anyway, that finally worked, so tadaa ! then came the horrible part : the damn switches. You see, these damn switches use SMD. Thats bad enough. Then THEY HAVE THE AUDACITY TO F$#@!ng MELT WHEN YOU try and solder something on the pad - i mean it literally. The damn thing would honest to god literally damn melt when i tried to solder wires on it. And as if that aint bad enough it also has balls enough to literally lose its PADS - the literally just come off, and then theres nothing to attach the damn wires to ! Needless to say, i burnt, melted, snapped andraged through 4 switches - and it wasn’t just my fault either : Sure, the first time i was careless, but the second time i took as much care as a literal surgeon doing brain surgery, and the pad still snapped of and left me fuming. Then i gave it to my friend whos been soldering for literal years - and he fucked up twice too. So yea, whoever made these switches, FUDGE them. (mom, if you read this, i really tried, i really did) I pretty much spent the entire day at the makespace, and i made barely any progress. Btw i managed to melt an esp by going too close to it with a hot air solder gun, and i also managed to melt my display. Today was pretty much a waste.

IM A GENIUS !!!!! So it optimized and fixed my code to be all cushy with macos again. then i clicked on one of the test api keys, and it worked ! but it didn’t enter the last letter …. Ugh. So i went back in the code, made a number 1 higher, and also made it press enter at the end, and it works !!!!! I CANNOT BELIEVE IT ! IM done ! Ok, not quite. I still have to decide if im adding a battery, and i gotta go back to the makespace, glue this shit together (so it doesnt rip off again when i move it) and then make a nice lil case [Entry truncated]

About page So, I’m done with the about page. This page did go much easier cause I already had the base from the main page. I really got inspired by tags! I really liked the idea of tags, it almost felt like hashtags to me . My most favorite thing in this page IS THE PHOTOS. Experience and projects page So, its the same formula really, nothing really that new BUT I did have like sections inside sections to make each of the project or experience distinct. But, I did want to add PLENTY of links to really present the projects more credibly.

Made a simple word to emotion classifier using the Naive Bayes Classifier algorithm, with training of 90% and testing of 10%, it provides on average, 51% accuracy based on self-testing. By increasing the size of the dataset, the accuracy and vocabulary will increase, showcased in the vectorisation of the word below, where the one is a recognised word. Mathematically this is represented in a multi-dimensional space based on how many known words the AI understands based on training and testing. Might test image classification next or try new Machine Learning Concepts to create an All-in-one, self taught AI, image, audio, emotion etc.
Experimented with Markov Chains and made a dynamic system that scans a dataset of sentences based off a theme, forms new sentences, that adds to the csv of QuackJudge. This creates a sustainable loop all based off one single initial dataset and a Markov Chain. The Markov chain tracks different sentences and interprets words that come after one another to form sentences. Realistically my dataset isn’t large enough to showcase accurate data but still showcases the concept’s nature.
Began Duckonomics, created the basics and beginning to implement Machine Learning into the prices for profit of bread. Ducks have a random movement pattern, bread label in progress. Each duck will have own character traits that make it unique.
Added Waves, Icons, And working shop system that refills the stock everyday and uses machine learning to predict what the stock of the bakery needs to be in order to sustain the hunger of the populaation. It tracks the sales, predictions, stock and money of the stores. I also added a day counter and a time label to ensure players know the status of the shop and sales.
Added a population counter and fixed a previous bug with selling bread
Added Uniquness, more traits, age, birth, death, accessories based on wealth, names and working toward a more functioning society. Also made a cleaner codebase, with constants and variable scripts in place to make everything cleaner. Fixed the duck finding a shop algorithm, based on nearest shop AND STOCK now, rather than just distance. Increase Screen Size and minor tweaks here and there.
Added Population control, changing the birth and death rate to execute once every 30 second day. Added an Obituary and implemented Government Taxing on wages, (jobs added) and jobs include: JOBS = { “Baker”: 12, “Fisher”: 8, “Merchant”: 15, “Programmer”: 25, “Unemployed”: 0 } Suggest some jobs in the comments, and suggest some first and last names too FIRST_NAMES = [ “Bob”, “Sarah”, “Alex”, “Emily”, “Oscar” ] LAST_NAMES = [ “Quackson”, “Featherstone”, “Breadsworth”, “McDuck”, “Waddles” ] Also added some UI regarding the treasury and added a seperate birth rate for an additional child.
Made a Bussiness Tax for the government and let the simulator run for 150 days to see what happens, everyone is rich and most only last until they turn 8, will start tweaking the taxing, birth and death rate to simulate a realistic economy.
Main Menu Created and working, going to add more shops and machine learning capabilities to choosing different shops
Made a panel to click the ducks and check their age, money, name etc. More shops to come…
More accessories implemented based on wealth! Currently making the demo for shipping #1
Ships:
Created a duck themed economics simulator, implementing machine learning. I am extremely proud of this project, it was such a fun idea I randomly thought of on the bus home from school. I must add more playability and user interactivity in the next release! (the readme lists were made by AI, the rest was not, I wanted the emojis 🫠, just putting that out there if any of the shipwrighters are questioning it’s authenticity.)...

Built file uploading + virus scanning of uploaded files! doing my vbest to make it prod ready soon!
Made it use tabed navigation, implemented identity verification!
im planing on offering more services so!! i made service isolation i will soon implement free web hosting and eventually compute!
offering free AI now! i have 200$ to burn since DO stopped offering github EDU a week ago :(
Started to implement webhooks! For users and for admins! this way you can be alerted over discord or slack for stuff regarding your account!!!
Moved back to Resend because Mailcow + Amazon SES wasn’t working due to issues with Amazon SES.Flagged files are now stored by their hash in our database. This significantly speeds up reviews, as ClamAV no longer has to rescan the same files repeatedly. Also started working on stats + made webhooks semi working!

Ok so there I was, trying to find data/images to train my image classification model, and I ran into a lot of problems😭. The biggest problem was the lack of suitable space images and astronomical text data. I tried Kaggle first, but that failed because most datasets weren’t specific to astronomy. Next I used Hugging Face for the images, and that also failed because most of them were either JSON files or plain text instead of actual space imagery. I finally settled on NASA’s Open Data Archive to get actual space images and train the model, and I even used an image scraper extension to scrape additional images to supplement my training data. I woke up at 4:30 in the morning because of my jetlag and spent those early hours trying to find good datasets, figure out which languages to use, and figure out how to actually get the datasets into my pipeline. After looking different things, I settled on Keras and TensorFlow to create the model since they are pretty good for deep learning and image classification and integrates with the language I’m good at, Python .For the demo and web interface, I used TensorFlow.js so I could deploy it directly in the browser. To make things a little bit simpler and faster, I used Teachable Machine’s scripts to get the model’s TensorFlow.js script by training the model again there, which saved me a lot of time on the export and conversion process. But I was extremely happy with the end result and was amazed at how good my model really was . Despite all the challenges from the jetlag affected morning coding sessions to the frustrating dataset search, the final result performed surprisingly well on astronomical images and I’m excited to keep improving it for my space and AI projects."}]...
