I added an little page that has links to my stuff and info about me!
I added an profile picture and added really small animations when you hover over stuff, the stuff being the buttons that i added :) i also added pictures for the projects too! the background is also like kinda darker purple from the left and an little lighter from the right so that is cool.
I added an section that has 3 nice pictures that i want to share and they have an little hover effect that i made, i also updated the about part because it was pretty empty.
I added an little font to the paragraphs and also added an video to the bottom. I think the site looks nice and im happy with it so i think this will be the last devlog. (i was hovering on the middle picture so that is why it is zoomed)

Devlogs:
I barely know how to code, so i chose to mostly use Grok for this project. Today i made the “skeleton” of the app and a few buttons. When “new server” is pressed, it downloads paper mc to a folder and automatically accepts the eula. i will do other launchers as well, paper is just for testing. Currently working on a windows version, but will release with full Linux support as well.
Added a settings menu for the server, where you can change the online-mode, player count, port, etc., a “New server” menu, where you pick your version, server name and loader, and a playit.gg login menu where you can attach your secret key and tunnel the IP.
Short day today. Added an “Import server” function where it searches for server specific .jar files, an option where you can change the maximum amount of ram used by the server (the minimum is 512MB) and updated the server versions (now they are in release order) and added more mod loaders. Currently only vanilla, fabric and paper work but i will make forge and neoforge work too (maybe tomorrow :))
It’s release day! I added a button to delete servers, fixed some bugs with the playit.gg tunnel and added a function that saves your server list in a .json file, so you don’t have to reimport them every time you open the app. Releases for both Linux and Windows can be found on the release page on Github with easy steps on how to install them. Any issues can be reported directly to the Issues page on Github. It is recommended to only start a server at a time.
Ships:
This is MCServerLauncher, an easy tool made for Minecraft players who wish to own a dedicated server for them and their friends. The most challenging part was making the tunneling work. For the project to work, Playit.gg is required, as well as an account, agent and tunnel....

The goal was to create a clean, modern, dark-themed showcase for my work, projects, and skills with smooth navigation across multiple pages. Challenges Faced Structuring Multi-Page Links: Setting up separate HTML files for each page and making sure navigation paths and relative link references worked seamlessly across the site. Responsive Image Layouts: Designing wide hero banners and large project preview cards that automatically resize nicely on mobile phones and desktop screens using modern CSS properties like object-fit. Deployment & Path Issues: Troubleshooting broken image links on GitHub Pages by fixing file directory paths and strict case-sensitivity matching between HTML code and uploaded asset filenames....

The Solution: Stonecutter Stonecutter is a gradle plugin that lets you maintain a single codebase for a multi-version and multi-loader project. You just annotate your code with version and loader conditions, and at compile time, stonecutter just “preprocesses” the annotated code. On a slight side note to preprocessing (if you’re interested): Preprocessing is the act of temporarily changing the source code (the human readable code that you write, NOT the machine code) before compilation. This is done by the preprocessor, a special program written for this one purpose. It is usually the first step in a program’s compilation (example: the C preprocessor, with instructions like #include , #define and more) Current progress Currently, I’ve got the template up and running with the 1.16.5-fabric version of the mod already functional. I’ve also set up the GitHub repo and the modrinth and curseforge projects."}]...

Devlog 1 Introducing MemoryMap Today I started working on MemoryMap, a private digital place where memories are saved according to the place where they happened. So, instead of searching through old photos or WhatsApp chats, you open your private school map, click a place like the Chemistry Lab, classroom, auditorium or basketball court, and see all the photos and stories connected to that place. You can create your own private campus, add rooms, invite only your friends (so whatever memory map you create is private), and everyone can save memories inside the rooms. Basically, it’s like walking through your school again online and reopening all the moments that happened there. I thought about this idea, when i myself felt when me and my friends pass out schl, we’d forget sooo many incidents that we laugh at daily! And to keep those memories safe in one place, this website will be the best thing! @satvikhardat @Churu @Harman Right now, after brainstorming a lot, I started working on the landing page, login page, and UI of the website! And i have attached an ss of the demo of the dashboard that i have added on the main landing page. I am soo excited tbh for this website cuz i can also use this later to save soo many incidents and pics.
Devlog 2 After finishing the login page, I started working on the complete MemoryMap flow. Rn users can create a new campus by entering the place name. After that, they get a proper setup page where they can add floors, rooms and corridors & stairs. Rooms can be moved, resized and renamed, so users can design the campus in their own way. Sounds exciting right?! I also made the completed campus view in a dark theme, where users can click on any room and open its memory panel. Inside each room, users can add incidents in text form and also upload images. I also added the invite system. Campus owners can copy a private invite link and send it to their frnds. The shared campus also appears later on their own dashboard. Along the way, I fixed many UI issues, modal layouts, navbar structure, text colours, Firestore permissions and campus loading errors. Overall i am lovin this idea rn! and its working well tooo!!!
Devlog 3 I made a way where anyone can try making a campus map as a guest , instead of signing in. And also improved the UI for setup page. And added another option to delete a created campus, but i am unable to make permanent deletion work…. and have been trying since sooo longgggg, have been going from the code to vercel to firebase and back to the code. I spent over 1.5 hours on just vercel and firestore settings. I am tiredddd…. hope this works soon.
Devlog 4 Today I worked on gettin MemoryMap much closer to a proper working product. I first fixed and improved a lot of things in the dashboard, campus cards, delete option, login flow and guest mode. A user can copy a campus link, send it to a frnd, and that person should either log in first or directly join if already signed in. I also added the campus delete option. The UI part is done, but I spent a lot of time debugging why deletion works locally but fails on the deployed Vercel site. Rn most of the main website is done, just gonna make few more changes and checking all features of the website.
Devlog 5 Today I worked on finishing the last parts of MemoryMap. I improved the dashboard UI . The dashboard now looks much cleaner, more organised and more complete. I also worked on: -better campus cards -search, filters and sorting -guest mode -invite links -mobile responsiveness I also added the option to upload a custom cover photo for a campus . This makes every campus feel more personal and attractive. I tested all the main features properly and checked the website on diff screen sizes as well. The main issues with login and invite links are also resolved now! And finally, I am done with the website now. And will ship it soon!!!!
Ships:
I made MemoryMap, a website where ppl can rebuild places that mean something to them, like their school, college, hostel or anythin you can imagine about! You can add floors, rooms, corridors, memories, pics and even a personal campus cover photo. You can also invite your frnds so uall can view the same place together. So basically you are gonna create a visual diary shared by all your frnds… Damn that sounds cool, right? The hardest part was making login, guest mode, invite links, shared campuses, uploads and deletion all work properly on the live website, but soon enough i resolved all those issues too! I am happy that the website now feels personal and not just like a normal map tool. It actually lets ppl save memories based on the exact place where those memories happened. To test it, open the website, try guest mode or sign in with Google, create a campus, add rooms and corridors, save memories by clicking on one of those rooms, upload pics and send an invite link to a frnd. The website is finally done!!!! Yayyyy, so excited to use this myself! and I am pretty sure others would also love thiss idea....

Devlog 1: Building blocks I’ve been focusing on the scripting language, Ile, because to be honest the editor is the boring part. So far, I have project structure and some fundamentals–I’ve written the tokenizer and some stack-switching logic. For those who don’t know, the tokenizer is responsible for taking a blob of (hopefully) human-readable source code and converting it into tokens , which are used later on to build an abstract syntax tree. For now, all I’m concerned about is that cargo test passes!
Devlog 2 I started work on the AST builder. I decided that the algorithm will use delimiters to decide which tokens correspond to which AST node and I’m working on a method for Node that determines how to add a child based on the Node ‘s type and the child’s type. The screenshot is some of the code for Node .
Devlog 3: An almost-broken parser! I made a very basic AST parser! The AST (abstract syntax tree) is the in-memory representation of the code as a tree. This took a really long time. My machine froze and my interpreter produced incomprehensible errors about wanting a word token, but in the end cargo test passed, so I’m happy. It also doesn’t support anything other than function calls, but this is a great first step in creating an actually walkable AST.
Devlog 4: I finished the parser! I wrote the parser, which takes the tokenized code and converts it into a usable, in-memory representation. After fixing the bugs from yesterday, I wrote some logic to parse a function block and the rest of the syntax was easy. Running main.rs now prints out a representation of a parsed AST. Now all I have to do is: make the AST walkable, so I can actually execute the code write logic to facilitate interop with Rust The first image is some example Ile code, and the second is some of the AST that is generated from it.
Devlog 5: Operators I started work on the AST (abstract syntax tree) walking algorithm today. I didn’t get very far, but one of the things I did do was I fixed operator parsing. Before, if you were to parse something like 15 > 5 && 5 < 10 , it would have been a greater-than operator with a boolean operator as a child, and that doesn’t work. The algorithm didn’t make much sense in my head, so I drew it out on paper and that made it pretty easy to write. Below is the illustration I made and the code it became.
Devlog 6: {insert dark joke about lifetimes} I just spent a frustratingly long amount of time figuring out why Rust didn’t like my lifetimes. I don’t even remember what I did to make it compile. This was fun . However, after figuring that out, I wrote the walk methods for a few NodeType s. Here’s the stack after a simple program finishes, and the program that was run:
Devlog 7: Running before I can run For some reason, I felt like instead of finishing the syntax fundamentals, I would skip directly to object-oriented (ish) patterns. In this case, we have a bunch of attributes that can be accessed and modified. Below is a snippet of some OOP concepts in practice:
Devlog 8: We have language! If you couldn’t tell, that was a play on “we have liftoff!”. I didn’t add a rocket emoji, for obvious reasons. Anyway, I have great news: Ile is almost a usable language! Devlog 10: asdf I’ve been trying to add a GUI system to the standard library. Devlog 14: …oh So I’ve been doing my development on Ubuntu, which, as a Linux distro, is UNIX-based, and uses just \n for newlines. However, I haven’t done any testing on Windows, and Houston, we have a problem. I still don’t have all my ratings yet, but someone was kind enough to create a github issue saying that Ile doesn’t work on Windows. I hadn’t thought to support it, but Windows uses \r\n for newlines! This broke the tokenizer, and caused the language to be unusable on non-UNIX-based systems. It was a one-line fix, but I already have 10 ratings, so I can only hope they aren’t too negative for having bad Windows support.😟 P.S. I guess this means Windows is officially as outdated as a typewriter!

I made Ile, an embedded scripting language! It uses a recursive descent parser to build an abstract syntax tree and then walks the tree to execute. The hardest part was when I would run into tiny little problems, like Rust giving lifetime errors, and not knowing how to solve them immediately. I’m proudest of the parsing logic. It’s the longest source file I’ve ever written, and it took awhile to figure out. To test Ile, you can download it from the GitHub releases and run some of its example programs....

What I did: redesigned my website - new font, layout, etc! I am very proud because I made the image get scrolled over when the user scrolls on the page (hopefully you know what I mean) I am in the progress of making new ads that pop up on the site
What I did: fixed the ads (for now) - they kept having a bunch of warnings in the console because some of my variables were undefined & then they kept going in the main text instead of pop ups added a menu/home bar at top - view more high quality titles! + donate button (opportunity for another annoying pop up!!) Sadly, most of my time was spent debugging and failing at debugging.
Greetings! Here is what I have been working on: creating a tooltip for the donate button -rewriting/finishing my bio debugging my paywall (you could scroll under it :( ) some minor css/appearance shenanigans I am currently in the midst of creating password/username requirements when you sign up.
I did not do too much today; my time was spent creating some requirements for creating an account (password/username length, allowed characters, etc.). It took me way too long to figure out how to check the strings for non-alphabet and non-number characters, and I may have given up on trying to allow non-English letters… The code stopped working when I tried, and I was too tired to figure out why (though it probably would have only required a simple fix).
I finished up with my website by adding a few more password/username requirements for signing up. I thought about creating more, but frankly I don’t know what else to add or what else I want to add.
Ships:
Welcome! Here you can learn a little about me while experiencing all of the joys of a paywall, minus the suffering I endured trying and not knowing how to debug the site when it didn’t work. Step right up to experience the three fascinating sections of the website: a log-in page, a sign-in page, and of course a very descriptive article about myself!...

just getting started now! a problem with macroquad is that it cannot load .jpg files so when the program starts up it runs a shell command that uses ImageMagick’s mogrify command to convert every .jpg file to a .png file in the exec’s dir then starts looping through the images
I’ve now implemented an std::duration to make sure each image stays on screen for ~two seconds if it is less than two seconds it redraws the frame buffer until it is
Images now crop to fit the window nicely, I made the window force itself into a perfect square as you probably want widgets to be square and also it makes the image cropping easier also picture credit goes to it’s creator, I just saved a duckduckgo search for “protogen” as a complete page for testing and kept only the images
I’ve got the starts of a config menu going now, using my UI library too!
Finished the menu and made the software save a file .config/FurView.txt to keep your choice of time between furries saved between sessions and restarts. getting file loading was fairly simple as I have experience from M.I.S.E. getting saving was a bit more difficult but stack overflow saved the day!

The hardest part was getting the AI working: OpenAI had no credits so I migrated the whole thing to Gemini, which meant figuring out a new key format and an OpenAI-compatible endpoint, and discovering the cheapest model isn’t even available to new accounts — plus wiring the agent’s async tool-calling into Slack’s streaming replies while keeping everything testable, which is why there are 48 unit tests with fake clients, a type-checked codebase, clean lint, and a green CI. I’m proud that it’s genuinely polished rather than a demo — every command is jarvis-prefixed so it never collides with the other bots, it has a proper systemd setup for running 24/7 on Nest, and the whole repo is tidy enough that anyone could run it themselves. Command collisions — every Slack bot shares the workspace’s slash-command namespace, so I prefixed everything with jarvis- to keep them unique. “The app did not respond” — my commands were registered in code but not in the app’s config on Slack’s side. Updating the manifest at api.slack.com and reinstalling the app fixed it. Classic config-vs-code mismatch. Repo hygiene — I renamed the entry file to index.js, deleted template leftovers, and squashed the git history into one clean “Initial commit”. Staying alive 24/7: I cloned the repo onto Hack Club Nest, wrote a systemd service (restarts on crash and on reboot), and enabled it. Jarvis now stays online even with my laptop closed — plus an optional GitHub Action redeploys it on every push. Quality check: 28 passing tests, lint and typecheck clean. Jarvis is live in #bot-spam right now. Say hi — or try /jarvis-joke and watch it bomb on purpose.
Finally, IG that this project is ready to ship as it is working just fine. But, the problem is that Nest is still pending so i can’t get it to 24/7, and IDK why but the app isnt working so the slash commands are still broken on Slack
Fixed Jarvis after my first review — moved the AI to Hack Club AI, found and fixed a hidden tool-schema bug, and got all 105 tests passing.I also repaired the broken GitHub Actions deployment workflow and rewrote the README based on what I actually built and learned.Only the final 24/7 Nest deployment + real #bot-spam demo is left before I resubmit.
I have finished my Slack Bot mission which is named Jarvis, and it can now be acessed in: https://slack.com/app_redirect?app=A0BNWE36ME2&team=T0266FRGM It is live 24/7 for free!
Ships:
I built Jarvis, an AI Slack bot for the Hack Club workspace that you can @-mention or DM — it chats back with some personality, remembers the conversation, reacts with emoji, and even has real skills like web search, fetching links you share, checking weather in any city, pulling today’s top Hacker News stories, and setting reminders that post right into the thread, plus a few slash commands like /jarvis-ping and /jarvis-joke. To test it: invite @Jarvis to any channel in the Hack Club Slack (or DM it) and ask for weather, top stories, a reminder in a few minutes, or paste a link and ask what’s on it — code’s at github.com/Hustlenix/jarvis if you want to see the internals....

Just added this project to Stardance! Set up build automation, hyprland, waybar, kitty, and some common programs. Currently I’m working on creating a NeoVim config that is more than a placeholder to get HackaTime to work.
Upgraded Waybar to look better. Made system info all icons and removed unnecessary fluff. In the future I want to make it an option in Waybar to have your username be lowercase. TODO NeoVim config Firefox default bookmarks
Transferred over NeoVim config I had already built a NeoVim config in another set of dotfiles (when I was using Arch btw :P) and I just needed to move it over to home-manager nix dotfiles. Fonts Fonts needed to be fixed again 0_o. Now they are all managed my home-manager which avoids some of the fc detection issues I had been having. Emojis work now too! Firefox Firefox has finally been purged of all the junk! The new tab page is now empty from the get go! TODO Firefox default bookmarks Add features to waybar Generalize config for any computer
MPD MPD is a tool for playing music on Linux. I set it up as a user service under home-manager (to prevent issues with Pipewire O_o). I also configured a module in Waybar for it for easy control and seeing information. TODO Global MPD server to prevent database loading time Firefox default bookmarks (prehaps) Generalize config

Done Socket Java Minecraft Server Minecraft servers take up a lot of system resources so it makes sense to turn them off when no one is using them. Devlogs:
rhythm game! wanted to try to make a rhythm game, since i like those a lot lol. i followed a guide that got me this working rhythm game with drawn lines through code, but ill probably change that later and customize it more i think its a nice start, but im not sure when ill keep working on this since i wanna work on the webos mission, but i do want to come back sometime!
chart! got a chart going on, with the help of claude helping me make a charting system, where its basically just a function that records my inputs and outputs it into the output so that i can put these timings into my note array. i still need to edit it, but it is a great start! got some note skin on cause the rectangles annoyed me lol. this seems to be going great so far, and its been fun working on this! i also decided to make it 4 lanes instead of 6 because i think a lot more people play 4 key than 6 key, but maybe ill add different modes in the future :)
song selection, new song! made a song selection scene, and (poorly) charted another song! this will be replacing the other song, since this one is copyright FREE! the chart right now its a bit off, but not THAT off as shown in the video, idk why the music is so delayed </3 regardless, i will have to tweak the chart a bit, but im glad that i have a proper menu -> selection -> song format going on!
note mash! gave my rhythm game a title, and added one new song called upbeat rock. i think im almost done with this project, itll be a pretty simple game since idk if i really want to put so much effort into this project, but we will see!
click to start song! so i pushed my code to itch.io, and oh no! the song wasn’t synced up! i didn’t take loading into account, so the song would start delayed but the chart notes would come down before it, caused it to be out of sync. with some searching up, i decided on letting the user click to start whenever they were ready and loaded to play! :)
end screen! made a song end screen, which then brings you back to song selection after a few seconds. i have also changed the background of the song selection, gave the play button a design, and changed up some fonts during the song. im not sure how to feel about the backgrounds, but we’re getting somewhere! :)
song delayed bug fix FOR REAL okay so when i thought i fixed the song delay bug earlier with the click to start feature, it did NOT!! actually fix it… but this time i tested it on itch.io and now it WORKS :D i had to change the song type from mp3 to ogg and change how the notes tracked time. now it works, huzzah!
ship???? i think im ready to ship! the game is functional, and i have changed the bgs (again) of the scenes. end screen is implemented, scoring system… it might not be the most insane rhythm game ever, but for a first time trying to make a rhythm game, i think its solid!
Ships:
NOTE MASH A simple rhythm game with two songs :) Songs: Water, by kontraa Upbeat Rock, by BombinMusic Keybinds: S D J K it was challenging figuring out how to script the songs and to have it align with the chart and have no timing issues, but i’m proud that i got that figured out and working, as well as having this project come together!...

Basic controls added. Character can move jump, hold jump, walk up and down slopes, turn camera and have a little bit of time after falling to jump (coyote time). Next I will probably add a sprint. fix up collision issues and make a model for the character.
Wall slide is here, slopes also have been fixed and give you a velocity boost to show you gaining speed while going down and losing speed going up. Otherwise I have a cat model made but I don’t know if imma keep it.
Grappling hook added, polished, terrain testing and a new obstacle course added…. also I tried fixing slopes again and they still are alright So I currently don’t know what to add next or what the main character will be, I have an old model I might be able to use that I made for a different game that I didn’t finish. I did turn it in however as part of a website so I might not be able to use it. My ideas for what next will be added is particles, character, environment and maybe some new cool ability. (Maybe something involving a mountain and gliding?) Hard to keep motivation, might just deal with the weird bugs and wait to fix them. Probably will do music or art next devlog.
Glider and Grapple update. What was added Well I have added a glider that you can grapple on to, increasing the weight and falling speed of it while doing so. You also can use your speed to push it faster. The grapple also now has a normal stat that lets me set the players rotation once in it allowing for smoother wall running. Reason why it took so long I wanted some aerodynamic glider but got stuck between it being overpowered, broken, or not fun in its intended use. Game idea is now Decided You are a mountain climber needing to get down, you have a glider however due to the storm you cannot dive through normally meaning you have to go down the mountain through the caves. The deeper you go the more you unveil. Next is probably music.
Spikes, effects and speed lines have been added. A song and model are in progress I am nearing the end of the features I want to add to the game. Next I will work on the visuals and story. Story is currently you are performing a stunt where you paraglide through a storm. In order to do this you are going through caves down a mountain. I will probably refine both the model and music but for now they work. Spikes are just if you hit them it resets everything, speedlines and running smoke are both particles, speedlines just being out of view at lower FOVs which go up as you gain speed. Smoke becomes more and more the faster you go. Gliding can go through spikes (Will change but rn need for testing levels) Also I added a cat model project I was thinking of adding into the game so I got the time from it, so a half hour of this was from that.
Music and Model have been actually added into the game. So in the game now you have some visuals and audio to look at besides the most basic things. Animations are not finished and should end up being finished tomorrow. The running, walking and idle are in the game though. Music is probably final unless I really hate it. Also in the video you can see spikes and the void killing you.
It took me a while but I finished the animations and had to fight unity about the way the animations were shown however it is done. Storm Glide has a new banner and new levels are in the works. Also a CGI character built for renders is made using high subdivision counts, procedural texturing, procedural effects and a rendering system that is low intensive to really recreate that 90s CGI look
NEW LEVELS, now when you reach the end of a level with your glider you win the level. This is done by just deleting the level and finding the level with the next number in the resources.load. It has been completed the and is on Itch.io We have added decorations and a win screen. Everything that was used for debugging is removed. The game is able to be played on web and everything is now over. It is all done

Day 2: Did some polishing on the UI and implemented a search bar. Please leave reccomendations for the commands i should implement in the comments!
Day 3: Today i was short on time so i just added two Buttons, which will allow the user to open a terminal to a specific device, and one that will open a file Explorer to a specific device. I also polished the output Box formatting. The next big task will be to implement the File Explorer, after that I will add more commands to the command list. I also thought about adding a third button where you can see all the installed packages on a device and uninstall them. Currently you can select devices connected via adb and then select commands you want to be executed on the selected device(s) and click run, the output will be shown in the black box.
First steps on the File Manager done, I am basically just using ls and then interpreting each line and turning them into data objects to then display them. Gonna start to implement the Actions like download, upload, copy… tomorrow. I also feel like changing up the Icons a bit, and maybe I’ll start switching up the colors a bit and experimenting with that. 👀
Finished the File Manager, but i had to strip down its functionality a bit because im still learning and I dont want to just vibe code it. So now you can browse the files, delete, download and upload files in the File Manager. Next I will make the Terminal and Package Manager and the different actions and I think that will wrap up this project then.
Implemented the package manager, you can search for your apps and delete them, system apps included. You can also click the little filter Icon on the top right corner and select a manufacturer which will then select the appropriate tasks to remove bloatware and preinstalled apps that nobody needs.
Just finished. I set up github actions to build the app and generated a app icon with Gemini. I had a hard time setting it tho because i edited the wrong gradle file.
Ships:
I built an app that lets you easily manage your Android device! It includes a package manager, file manager, terminal, and quick actions that allow you to get uptime, screen resolution, reboot into bootloader, reboot… You can also Remove all of the annoying bloatware Samsung or whatever manuacturer you have by simply selecting your device, selecting which manufacturer the device is from and then clicking Run!...
