I implemented button-click handling and operator validation so multiple operators cannot be entered consecutively. I also learned about signals, connect(), lambda functions, and Qt alignment while designing the GUI. Finally, I styled the calculator to make the interface cleaner and more aesthetic.

Devlogs:
First Devlog I looked for a website template, downloaded it, modified it into my liking and added text on the home page
Second Devlog I modified one of the htmls to serve as the introduction for subpages for projects, school work and certificates :D
Worked on the School subpage of the Academics page, couldn’t finish since I had to go, but something’s something
barelly did anything, js tweaked some stuff, added my second semester transcript… tomorrow I will add requirements for graduation and more images
Finished the second section of my School Subpage, corresponding to Sophomore Year, at this pace I’m gonna finish next week -_-
FINALLY, I FINISHED THE SCHOOL SUBPAGE 😭 it took a little over an hour in total but since I’ve been busy with school it feels like it took days, now I gotta finish the cert page and the clubs page, the first one should be relatively easy since I hold barelly a couple certificates, and the clubs & events should be easy too, since I’ve only been in two club and one event/internship/volunteering… the Projects Page will also be relatively time consuming, Media Tracking will probably be the hardest, since I want to sync my Last.fm to the website(can’t even do an HTML from scratch btw, no idea how I’m gonna sync Last.fm 😭). PD: Slowly but surely my new mantra is becoming “Progress is progress”
This took WAY longer than expected, but at last, nearly 10 hours later… here’s my website: First, I finished all the pages. -Second, after I realized it looked kinda dry, I decided to also implement the “Carousel” thing from Helios (another HTML5 template), it looks prettier now, and not as dry. -Third, I also linked my Last.fm so it can show what am I currently listening to, my weekly scrobbles, and all than fun stuff. -Lastly, added some text, images, and deployed it. It was an awesome run, it felt fun to do this, hope you guys don’t obliterate me with the ratings and I get enough stardust to get something 😭
Added my brand new certificates, corrected the fact that my default lander page is in School.html instead of home.html, and added the pdf’s of the official certs, once the header/image is clicked it’ll get you to the official PDF.
Just some basic follow up, changed the title of some pages, checked up the links, and created a codespace! So now I can code anywhere, even if it’s not my own laptop! That’s so peak

If you don’t pay attention and you have too much or too little power, your grid could fail within seconds, so you should use plants like the pump or a battery to smooth the generation out. You start with basically nothing, and if your grid is stable and environmentally friendly, the customer number starts to grow. The thing I found most challenging was underestimating how complicated the simulation is: updating and calculating a real life power curve so more power is used in the morning and evening just as in real life, or plants like the battery that have an auto mode. Devlogs:
I’m working on a 2D Power Grid Game, coded in C with a graphical interface using raylib. I spent the last day building the core mechanics, and simulation.c is already getting pretty crowded. My brain will probably explode if I keep adding more power mechanics to it. One funny bug I ran into: when I set a battery to charge, it started drawing power that didn’t actually exist -free energy from nowhere. Pretty funny bug, less funny to debug, but could use it in real life probably.
I added bars to help visualize the charged capacity and the power produced, and added a graph that shows power demand and production in real time. I also fixed a bug where power production could only ramp up, not down - I was catching disabled plants early with an if statement, so the ramp code was never reached.
I added a visualization for the current time (down left), where the sun (and moon at night) moves along the arc. This took a bit of trial and error to get working. On the other hand, the menu I added was much simpler, since it’s just a copy of the shop screen with different buttons 🤣🤣
Now power plants like coal and nuclear have sliders to control energy output more precisely, though due to their high reaction time, it takes a while for them to adjust the power. The next thing I added was a money system that gives the player income based on power delivery and grid stability. While testing, I noticed I sometimes couldn’t buy a plant, and after digging into it, I found out that the shop button and the buy plant button could overlap, triggering both at once and causing a freeze.
Today I worked on building a release for the game that you can try out. If you want, you can check it out by visiting the releases page and downloading the latest .exe . I had to embed the pictures directly into an array so that no installation is needed - just download and run. I also finally added support for saving and loading the game, so you don’t have to start all over again every time.
As you can see in the picture, I finally added a title screen and made a super early version of the settings panel, where for now the only option is to change the fullscreen mode 🤣. I also added a simple spark as the game icon. The full release is on GitHub - feel free to check it out!
As seen in the picture below, I added an upgrade system (visuals are still glitched sometimes), so you can take a power plant from 80 kW max to basically infinite if you want to. If you want to try the game out, check out the releases on GitHub !
I think it’s ready to ship - I added a screen that triggers when your grid isn’t stable enough for a few seconds, so the game actually has an ending if you’re not paying attention.
Ships:
I made a game about controlling the power grid: buying new plants, upgrading them, and making the customers happy. All in all, I really like what I built here, and I hope you enjoy it as well ♥️....

Loading Screen now this one is so cool, i really like how it turned out and it was pretty easy to make it. But i was honestly so tired at that point that i just wrote the first stuff that came into my mind. but i still think it turned out cool. 3. A lot of warnings! Now, for debugging, and just for sole purpose of a user, i added warnings, so when celestrack is not fetching because of extended use or its own problems (like with starlink sometimes) it just warns u and skips it. If you have reached your IP request limit to celestrack, then you will just have a longer running of loading screen and a message that you can see on the photo. So the sole purpose of his project was for me to learn JS, and this project was really hard for me, so i used AI of course. Mainly i used it so it gave me the general idea of the code that i should have for my ideas, and then i changed it and shaped it so that it turned out the way it did now. Also it helped me with complex tasks, like visible satellites and all the complex stuff, and, of course, debugging. But i still did it myself, and apart from doing this i was also doing a 12 hour course on JS by BroCode, shoutout to him btw! Final thoughts Well, this project was cool but waaaay harder than i expected, thats why i had to use ai. This will definitely help me in my further projects, and i am really proud of the final version. This taught me a lot, and i shure am happy to continue my journey as an engineer (i wanna be a hardware one, but for stardance its just way easier to star with software for me, so might as well learn programming too.). This was really tough for me to understand for the code, so for you i will make it easier. Basically, i have 2 libraries, my satellite.js, that is responsible, you guessed it, for satellites and all the info about it, and d3-geo, which is a 3d earth. When you click on the globe, the programm checks if its land or water, because i wanted it to only check satellites on land. How does it do it? Using world - atlas, that has all the coordinates of the land on the earth. If its land, then the programm for every satellite looks its way for every 30 seconds on a period of 24 hours and looks, when its going to be seen on your horizon (must be 40 degrees because of all the trees and buildings). It memorizes the first and last moment above the 40 degree mark on horizon and then it gives the results seen on the screenshot, sorted with time. Flaws, suggestions, ect. I created this newtab website because the default newtab in chrome is boring and blotted. So i created this simple minimalistic newtab with glass morphism. The hard problem was to make the glass effect , finally I found https://liquid-glass.ybouane.com/ that made it easier. But there was a problem , the glass element should be a direct child of the root(background) this create a lot of problem with alignment . So I used the CSS only glass effect on some small elements like the shortcuts This project was for “Give your Website a Pulse”...

Devlogs:
I started working on the website for my project. I decided to use ReactJS for this, and I started by making 2 components for the Navbar and the hero section. Overall, it’s going alright. I’ll post more updates soon. I did this on a different project folder, before I setup hackatime properly, and so my timestamp is gone. I worked on this for ~1hr 40 mins.
I finished adding my personal education section and also the projects section. I have to do more work on the projects section and adding my portfolio and all, and I’m thinking of writing a different functional react component separately that I can pass in a description and image to make my project card, but we’ll see. For now it has my social media links, and my education. I haven’t done much styling yet, I’ll add all the animations in the end.
Today I finished up the main part of the website, which was styling. I put this for last as I figured it’d be easier to add the components first, and then style them. I was having trouble putting one of the div on the center of the screen, but then I realized the css property on the outer div was forcing it, and so I fixed it. It looks kind of good right now. In the last 30 minutes before I go to bed, I made some more small design changes to make the website for astronomical and futuristic and a overall good design. I haven’t added any projects yet, but the point was to make a personal website, and its done.
Today, I finally added all, or most of my projects, to the portfolio website. I really just collected images from my previous projects, and uploaded them to the folders and used my custom ProjectCard React component to use them in the website.
Firstly, I rewrote my bio to sound more like me and a little better. Then, according to the reviewer, I rewrote the entire CSS, and it took a long time. I kept more or less the same old spacing, but changed the pfp of the Hero section, and also changed the photo for the IB school, cause the previous one was AI generated. I always wanted to look at tutorials and articles and videos that I always found interesting. But I never really had the attention span to look at them at that moment, and proceed to doomscroll. However, as I kept on adding more and more tabs into my tab space my browser would get messy. Obviously people’s first approach would be to bookmark and group tabs, my biggest problem with bookmarking and grouping tabs were that it required so much more user labor and especially for bookmarking you needed much more labor to organize it into individual folders. So overall made this extension to enhance the easiness of organizing tabs you want to go back to. I like to call it Bookmarking+.This project overall was a great learning experience as it was the first time i ever really used HTML/CSS/JS and other APIs. Overall I was able to make it so that my extension could automatically AI organize(Gemini api key) every single tab sent to your tab dashboard. Overall I am really proud of this because even though it may not seem special I find lots of use in this since it really answers to problems I always dealt with browsing the web. Though my biggest hassle with the project was managing all my ideas. Over this project I had many ideas, but the biggest problem was that I started working on this project so late. There were 2 big ideas that I badly wanted to implement but never found the time to do so. I wanted to add a tab flow chart connection network(similar to notes for obsidian) and a chatbot to help you with things. But overall, this was a great learning experience.and I feel like I made something worth remembering and being proud of!", "repo": "https://github.com/ReallyBADatWritingCode/TabGrab", "demo": "https://github.com/ReallyBADatWritingCode/TabGrab/releases/tag/v1.0.0"}]...

My journey is almost at an end I’m hoping to finish in these the next 2 days but i have overall done plenty. Last time I posted a devlog I finished styling my V1 popup, however lots has changed. In my tab organization/saving extension I wanted to overall make it so that you could either manually send in tabs that you wanted to be saved or it would automatically send it in after a tab had been open for a certain amount of time. After lots of thinking, I didn’t see the use of the automatically sending in since there was a chance that a tab that you wouldn’t want to be closed could be closed and it would overall cause more stress for the user. I still wanted to play with the idea, so I vibecoded a version of this idea into my extension. As expected it didn’t’ seem to provide any use. This feature is still in app, since I feel like its just cool to have in any scenario the user is in, but it is disabled on default. Next the main point of this extension was so I could send in tabs and have it be auto organized by topic or whatever, so that I could always look back at the tabs whenever I wanted to. So I created this menu when a tab is right clicked called Send To Dashboard, sending tabs to the code. However, at that point this extension is no different from bookmarking. I wanted to put an emphasis on organization. However the easiest way to do organize was by domain, which itself wasn’t very organized. The user would refer to the tab they are looking for not by a random url, but by a topic. However, in order to do this you would need an AI to easily guestimate a good topic name for a folder that would be created for the tab to be stored in. So I used an old Gemini model api(free) and created a server.js where I’d create an asynchronous function that all I had to do was import the API and then use the functions of it to give it a prompt(ex. Asking to return a topic based on the tab details, URL, TITLE, etc.) and based off that result it would create a folder based on that name. However, I would need to transmitt these functions throughout files. This caused lots of export errors for me whenever I tried. So what I did was I posted a new POST route(ex. /organize) and then in the corresponding file i needed it in I would fetch that URL and call the async function. However I would constantly need to go into my terminal and individually call the command: node server.js. So I did some research and found a web service hosting platform called render where I could upload my git repo and it would run these API requests I needed!(These requests included, Organizing tabs into folders, Generating a summary for each tab, integrating a chat-bot(will get into later), and an obsidian like flow-chart(will get into later). Though since I am running on Render free, the requests are somewhat slow. Now overall the extension is basically done, it serves its purpose of being bookmarking pro, as it auto organizes your tabs making it easy for you to go back on things you want to look at and isn’t as cramped as normal bookmarking, or grouping tabs, which requires manual labor while this extension automatically organizes your tabs for you. However I felt like this wasn’t enough emphasis on the organization part I felt like I could add more. So obviously I did. So far it has been 2 weeks into this journey to make the extension better as I approach the deadline. My 3 main ideas were to 1) Generate a summary for each tab in a side bar 2) Integrate a chat-bot to make looking for tabs of related topics easier 3) I wanted to make a obsidian like flow-chart that connects tabs with lines based on relevance and color codes relevance. So far I have completely finished summaries for each tabs, the chat-bot works but needs some fine tuning, and gotten the base of the obsidian like flow-chart done, as it connects tabs based on relevance. Overall heavy polish is needed now."}, {"post_id": 52769, "ts": "2026-08-23T03:32:57Z", "hours": 6.8894, "text": "Finished Pop-Up! Overall, I struggled with this problem a lot, I was interested in all these things but never had the attention span to look at them, which made me have a lot of tabs open all the time. I always closed the tabs and bookmarked them but it got increasingly messy similar to my tabs. So I was planning on making an extension that could handle all these tabs. It would overall either automatically close these tabs after a period of time or you could manually close them and it would auto sort into another web page with into sub folders related to each topic so you could easily look back at these links and tabs you wanted to look at earlier. It may not be an amazing idea but I think its a great start for where I am at, and so far I have finished the Pop-Up Panel for the extension!"}]...

Overall heavy polish is needed now.

Overall I made a Bookmarking tool, that enhances the features that I always wished bookmarking and tab grouping had, which includes auto organization and easily and quick bookmarking without much user labor. But overall, this was a great learning experience.and I feel like I made something worth remembering and being proud of!...

Challenges The most challenging part was implementing the window dragging using JS and also using JS to program the app’s functionality. I had to do a lot of debugging, finding typos in class names, and constantly had to check the developer mode in chrome. What I love about PoseiOS I am very proud of the glassmorphic design since it looks very futuristic and cool. I am also proud of the notes app and the details in the project that make it work well (like how app windows focus on click or how click on the desktop deselects any selected app icon). I fixed this by giving the water div a position of absolute and setting bottom to 3px. I also accidentally named id of the timer text to be the same as the id of the top-bar time, which caused the timer to display on the top-bar instead The browser was somewhat easier to implement. I set up a input box and a button, and programmed the button to open the link or search query that was inputted into the search box. Bug Fixes Bug where selecting 3 app mean one will inevitably be opened and cant be unselected. Fix by allowing to only select one app at a time. So when an app is selected and another app is clicked on, the currently selected app would be deselected and the new app icon would be selected. Fixed a bug where it said the title was undefined since when the loop finished, i = 2 which is more than the object index which had only 0 and 1 (before I added more to the object). To fix this, I changed “var” to “let” and it worked again. I learned that let allows i to have it own value every iteration. Most of the time was spent trying to fix a bunch of bugs in the javascript code. Bug Fixes Spent 2 hours trying to fix bug where you could drag windows out of frame and never see them back. Trying to limit the drag based on viewport was very confusing. I fixed this bug by creating a new function clampWindowPos() that would determine the max x and y offset that the windows could have in order to stay in the viewport. The function calculates this by calculating half of the width and height of the window (since the window has transform: translate(-50%, -50%); which causes the center to be at half the width/height). Then, it calculates the minimum left value and the maximum left value that the window could move to and did the same for the top value. Finally the function return those values. Changes & More Fixes Added a feature where clicking on the desktop window deselects the currently selected app by letting the body listen for a mouse down event and deselecting the icon if the mouse-down location is not on an app icon. Added poseidon.md, my first app! It took a whole 3 hours to style and get the app to function. Chrome dev tools was my best friend 🤩. It helped me spot few typos in variable names and find out javascript code that wasn’t working. I first started by trying out the javascript code show in the hack club workshop. It didn’t really work so I browsed through other WebOS shipped projects to see how they made the app. A really useful project I found was Blackbird OS, which I took inspiration from for coding my poseidon.md notes app. I began by implementing a local storage that didn’t really work so I left it for last and went to work on the other features like adding, deleting, and editing notes. After finishing these features, I came back to fix the local storage bug. The issue was that I directly accessed the storedNotes object in my Javascript functions instead of the note objects stored in the local browser. To fix this, I created a variable content and set it to equal loadNotes() so that this new variable would be an updated object with all of the saved notes. A lot of bugs and back-and-forth and commenting out code to add open-close function for the apps. I found out that I needed 2 parameters for the functions closeWindowOnClick and openWindowOnClick. First parameter is used for checking if the open button (app icon) or close button was selected/tapped, and second parameter is used for targeting the specific window that should be opened/closed. Devlog #7 CSS and JS changes I rewrote some of my Javascript to make it more readable and understandable. I reworked the UI in PoseiOS to make it more blue-ish/sea themed. Better Codebase Explorer I started with a basic file tree and turned it into something much more useful liikee….. *Expandable folders *File-type indicators *File selection *Dependency counts *Codebase search *Entry-point detection 🕸️ 2. Dependency Graph CodeAtlas analyzes imports between source files and turns them into an interactive graph. Instead of opening files one-by-one to figure out what depends on what, you can actually see the relationships. I also connected the Explorer and Graph, so selecting a file highlights its relevant connections. 🧭 3. Architecture Insights CodeAtlas can identify things like: 🚪 Entry point 🔗 Most connected file 📁 File/folder counts 🕸️ Dependency count Nothing overly complicated — just useful information to help you figure out where to start. 🧩 The QoL improvements A lot of the work wasn’t flashy new features. It was making the experience actually feel usable. Search → select a file → see its connections. Select something in the Explorer → understand where it sits in the architecture. File types → easier scanning. Dependency numbers → quickly spot highly connected files. Those small things made a surprisingly big difference. 😭 The 14-day journey This definitely wasn’t: code → works → ship It was more like: code → break → stare at error for 12 mins → debug → fix → break something else → repeat. I ran into TypeScript errors, React issues, Git problems, dependency-resolution bugs, UI problems and plenty of things that made absollllutely no sense at first!! 💀 And honestly, I solved a lot of those problems myself. That’s probably what I’m happiest about. I didn’t just learn how to write code. I learned how to debug, rethink, and keep going when the code doesn’t cooperate. Okayy..🤔 Is the idea completely new? Nope. There are already tools and projects exploring codebase visualization and dependency analysis. And that’s okay. For me, the goal wasn’t to invent an entirely new category. It was to take an idea I found interesting, build my own version from scratch, understand the underlying concepts, and actually ship it. And I am GOing to!! 🚀 What’s next? There’s still a lot I’d love to explore like :- Better dependency analysis Circular dependency detection More languages Git history visualization Smarter architecture analysis AI-assisted codebase explanations But for now… 14 days. 10.5 hours of grind. Countless bugs. A ridiculous amount of debugging. And one shipped project. 😭🗿🥳 CodeAtlas — Gonna get SHIPPED. 🚀 (P.s It was a pain to find and put all these emojis, especially those arrows!)"}, {"post_id": 56724, "ts": "2026-08-28T16:24:18Z", "hours": 0.4775, "text": "Guys I Just Completed A bit more before wrapping up for today, Now The Individual files Of a Repository Can be Selected and Display info about them, and how they are interconnected!! Heyy Guyss, I have Finally inspected for what looks “AI” in my Code, and the AI I used for debugging majorly affected my style, therefore After two reports I thoroughly inspected my code and Changed The CSS and little bit of the JS acc to my style. Now I am going to Ship my project. P.S I never used AI to type/engineer my project. I only used references from Reddit, and GeeksforGeeks.
Hey Guys! I have Re-written and modified a majority of my Code which looked AI, I added a new Style, Inspiration From Coke and another Tech website. This one Has a better Functionality and UI than Previous Web apps! I HAD MODIFIED MY CODE AS PER THE PREVIOUS CHANGES REQUESTED. PLEASE APPROVE THIS TIME! 😭🙏 #stardance #build#webapp #frictionless
Guyss My code was rejected as I did not update my rewritten code on Netlify, and the old code was still showing. Therefore I have pushed my Rewritten code to Github, and Requesting for re certification!! AnD I had written the README BY HAND!!!! (Pls see the Hackatime attachments.) I had Spent more than 11 hours coding this just to be marked as AI!!, I only used it for debugging and now I had rewritten A MAJORITY OF MY CODE!

I built an interactive GitHub codebase explorer with a file explorer, codebase search, dependency graph, and architecture insights. What I’m proud of: I actually built and debugged this over 14 days, solving everything from TypeScript and React issues to dependency analysis and API problems ! Biggest challenge: The BIggest challenge was, Getting imports to resolve into meaningful file-to-file dependencies and then connecting that data across the UI. For users(On how to use it): Give it a GitHub repository and use the Explorer, Search, and Graph together to quickly understand an unfamiliar codebase. Dependency analysis works best with standard .ts, .tsx, .js, and .jsx projects. I originally started this grind to earn 5,500 Stardust and get my brother a MacBook. But somewhere along the way, I realized I was getting something else too — I was becoming a better developer…...

back on cinematch today, mostly turning the models into something you can actually use. wrapped everything behind a facade class so theres one clean api (get_recommendations, get_similar_movies, cold start fold-in, explanations) instead of poking at each model directly. then built a cli with subcommands - recommend, similar, search, newuser, compare etc - which made testing way faster. after that did the streamlit app, four tabs: personalized recs with the “because you liked x,y,z” reasons, a similar-movies search, a new-user cold start page, and a model comparison page with the rmse/precision charts. kinda satisfying seeing the numbers from the terminal turn into an actual clickable ui. small stuff slowed me down (forgot to activate the venv once, a typo’d argparse arg) but nothing major. everything pushed to github. next up is tests + cleaning the readme, then trying to deploy the streamlit app.
wrapped up cinematch today. spent way too long fighting the movie posters lol - added tmdb api to show poster art instead of plain tables, worked instantly on my main machine but the vm kept throwing ssl cert errors and then random connection resets (10054). turned out the vm’s python couldnt verify https certs so fixed that with certifi, and then some antivirus/firewall thing was resetting python’s tls connections while curl worked fine, so i made it fall back to curl when urllib fails. finally got posters loading. also cleaned up so it gracefully shows placeholder cards if theres no api key. then deployed the whole thing to streamlit community cloud (free) so theres an actual live demo link now, added the tmdb key as a secret so its not exposed. so cinematch is officially done - 5 recommendation models compared, cited “because you liked x,y,z” explanations, cold start handling, similar movies, model comparison dashboard, poster art, tests passing, readme + report written, and deployed live. pretty happy with how it turned out.
got feedback that streamlit sleeps, so i moved cinematch off it. instead of a live server i precomputed all the recommendations, similar movies and posters into json (build_static.py), and wrote a small static frontend — index.html, style.css, app.js — that just loads those and shows the cards. now it’s a plain static site i can throw on netlify/pages for free with no sleeping. bonus: posters get baked in at build time so the whole tmdb ssl mess on windows goes away.

CineMatch is a movie recommendation engine I built on the MovieLens dataset (~100K ratings) — it compares five approaches (popularity baseline, user-based and item-based collaborative filtering, SVD matrix factorization, and a content+CF hybrid), gives cited “because you liked X, Y, Z” explanations, handles brand-new users with a cold-start fallback, has a similar-movies search, and shows a live model-comparison dashboard, all deployed on Streamlit with poster art from TMDB. I want every section to communicate something meaningful rather than simply listing technologies or accomplishments. A major focus will be my projects. Each project will explain what I built, why I built it, the technologies I used, challenges I faced, how I solved them, and what I learned. This will demonstrate practical engineering ability rather than just theoretical knowledge. One of my key projects is Kavy’s AI, an AI-powered workspace built using Next.js, TypeScript, React, Tailwind CSS, NVIDIA’s GPT-OSS-20B API, Supabase, and PostgreSQL. The project is evolving from a simple chatbot into a complete AI workspace with persistent conversations and plans for authentication, usage limits, projects, agents, file uploads, and other AI tools. I also want the portfolio to document my development journey through devlogs. These logs will record milestones, experiments, bugs, solutions, and lessons learned. I believe documenting failures is just as valuable as documenting successes because it shows how I approach real-world problems. My philosophy is to understand what I build instead of blindly copying solutions. When something breaks, I want to understand why it happened, how to diagnose it, and how to prevent it from happening again. The portfolio will continuously evolve as I learn and build more. Devlog #3 Updated the music section to make it functional! Users can now list my top 10 favorite tracks and play previews directly inside the terminal using “music play [number]”.
Ships:
helloooooo world! I built a personal site that processes inputs just like a real Linux CLI. The terminal includes several fun commands you can try, such as ‘whoami’ to learn about me, and ‘neofetch’ which displays Arch Linux setup. The feature i’m most proud is the ‘music’ command. if you type ‘music play 1’, you can listen to my favorite track previews. Just type ‘help’ in the terminal to get started!...

You point any factory remote at it, it decodes the IR pulses, and saves them straight to flash memory so it stays saved even after a reboot.Global App + Offline Buttons: I built a phone web app using Lovable + MQTT so I can check room temp and toggle settings from anywhere in the world. Devlog#5 I FINALLY COMPLETED THE HARDEST PART Once it arrives ,i gotta quicly assemble it then test it! im quite excited, this gonna be so cool Next devlog: gonna post a vid of my prototype,as im gonna disassemble it and assemble those parts onto the pcb.

Also, to fit with the theme of “trust no one” for the game jam, my idea is to have multiple decipherers that has different prices and different reputation and the reputation of a decipherer affects the accuracy of their code. For now the code do nothing except for eating your money but hopefully in the future, it can be used for gameplay!~~
Decipherers assemble! Today I added decipherers, alternative decipherers that are cheaper than the mentor but has a chance to mess up the decipher and give you the wrong code! Also added time so that you’ll always be on the clock and actually have a way to lose now with everyday needing 100 dollars of rent to stay afloat~ I honestly love this game now! I think it’s pretty good and helped me in learning more in godot!~ (oh and there’s like 5 quests you can do now <3 )

Mr lies!~ Is a detective game where you get customers, find keywords, decrypt codes and earn money and reputation. It was a game I wanted to make since I saw the game Welcome to the game 3 (Great name honestly). Honestly, starting a godot project from scratch for the first time is so jarring. I didn’t know what is what and, truth be told, I actually rewrote my script a few times because of the endless bugs within the game </3. Now does the game still have bugs? I have no clue, when I playtested it, it was fine but I can only damage my own game so much. But once again, It was really fun trying to make this in Godot instead of my usual unity, maybe I’ll make more Godot games in the future when I have the idea~ <3...
