Hello there! This my first devlog here and I am making a small WarioWare like game. For now I completed the title screen and the timer screen
I completed the first minigame and I am working for the second
I finished minigame 2 and also the death and winner screen.
I updated the title screen and I am trying to fix the lose screen because it does not want to show when the player loses.
I figured out how to make the lose screen work and I added a keybinds menu
I added sound effects for the menus and also a fade transition between the scenes. Now I guess I am ready to ship the first version of the game!
I just fixed some bugs on the player movment
I changed the movment code to another one I saw it on a tutorial on youtube the movment is now much better
I added sound effects on the keybinds menu , I am not working much on the game because I am waiting for the shipwrights to approve my first mission
Ships:
I did make a WarioWare like , the challenging thing was making the game fully works with no critical bugs , i am proud of the menus they look great , people should know that this is one of my first games and I am a beginner on Godot so don’t expect something big!...

Today, I added some bug fixes and streak tracking. You can now track how many you’ve gotten in a row and your all time highest. You can also reset your data if you don’t like it. Tomorrow, I’m probably gonna add a snapback feature, you will see you’re guess as a black outline of the line and the dial will move to the correct guess.
Today, I believe I’ve finally finished this project by adding the snapback feature. Basically, whether you’re in the set or guess gamemode, after the round ends, it shows you either what you put in the guess gamemode, or the correct answer in the set gamemode. In this screenshot, you can see it behind the main dial.

the ui for the app
today i typed up, the requirements file to have all of this running, tommorow i will be setting up the api link to my server. As well as a selectable menu to choose local or api hosted AI
This is a demo of marina introducing itself to, its own tiktok account there will be more updates shortly!
Fixed idle animations to be less snappy and more human like
today i decided to combine both whisper and kokoro to have a more accurate voice model that i can run locally, i also added a new design inside of vroid studio that will be added later on :)
i fixed the ability to interrupt it mid conversation to feel more realistic, she now speaks once every 25 minutes of not being interacted with, she can set timers, check battery and other similar stuff and finally she speaks before the prompt is finishing generating which feels more natural and reduces thinking time from 23s to 0.2s to first token.
Updated the try project page
today i fixed the gpu passthrough for an amd gpu, it currently took a long time to respond when using vulkan it now responds a few seconds quicker after first prompt
Today i removed old code that i used ai to assist with in the beginning the majority of it is now hand written along with using code from the riko project made by JustRayen, the main part made by ai is the gpu passthrough on my server as both vulkan and the other fix for amd cards wasnt working and i hadnt commited any of my new code on github to fix things like the memory bug and visual effects with the hair clipping into clothing
completly rewrote server.py to remove old ai code setup that was used to ensure the gpu passthrough would work
Added this to a portable .app image now, the python is now a bundle and works out of the box with options to edit for a custom config
repackaged as a .app and added her to my personal site!!

Devlogs:
I am working on a website called studyspace. It is made to help students manage their studies in one place. Students can organize their subjects, tasks, notes goals and study time and they can also find useful learning videos. The main goal is to make studying easier more organized and less stressful.
Ships:
I made Study Space, a student study planner where students can manage subjects, tasks, notes, goals and study time. The hardest part was connecting all the pages and making the data stay saved. I’m proud that I got the timer, dashboard, progress tracking and responsive design working. To test it, try adding a subject or task, start the study timer, create a goal or note, and then check the Progress page....

Added a working platformer minigame, there were some issues with the code in the guide that I had to fix myself, so took a little longer than expected. Starting to get the hang of it!
Garlics have finally been added to platformer minigame! Took really long to figure out everything and get it working, but on the bright side, it works quite smoothly now.
Added clicker minigame, win/lose screens, and nice text effects. Art is up next!
Sprites have been added! Ready to ship soon!
Tied up some loose ends, fixed a case-sensitivity issue that made the game break in browser.

Title: My very own WebOS by @Tom1234 | Stardance
Devlogs:
Working on the opening page and Top bar
I added a Div to make everything central. I also added a background image to the whole thing along with a bar on top, showing the webite name and current time.
I made it so the middle box is draggable around the screen. Took quite a bit of effort when all I needed to do was remove the margin around the div.
I made it so the main page can open and close, I also added a notes style app with the ability to open and close as well.
I added a to do app. Used some AI to fix some bugs in it.
I fixed the bug where you could only drag the windows by their headers, and the close button covered the whole are above it. Some AI use to solve some bugs.
Ships:
A basic WebOS. My first HTML project so it’s quite simple, but it works. Had some issues with bugs so had to use a little bit of AI to get some fixes, but tried to avoid it where possible....

Both of those choices seem super bad for me! I wanted a voiece assistant that had maximum performence, whilenot comprimising on features, integrations, or polish. Enter Aspera. Aspera uses a custom and fully local Intent Engine, to figure out what the user is requesting. This intent engine runs using Fasttext, which infers it’s labels in 0.01ms - 0.5ms. My assistant takes advantage of this, and pipes it to various low-cost-no-comprimise security checks, using native android apis, and then runs the action. The end goal of Atlas is to be able to run on not just iOS, Android, and Linux, but also very low end linux devices like a first gen Raspberry Pi Zero. The intent engine stage should not be any source of bottlenecks or slowness. Fasttext is doing quite well. It kept failing, but with more training data, parameters, and random flags in the training step, it’s not half bad! The only major problem that I’ll run into is with arguments. For example, when you say “What’s the time in Tokyo?”, it can figure out that you’re asking what the time is pretty fast. The problem is making sure that it passes along “Tokyo” as an argument (or entity as some call it), or else it will just completely fail. This step is hard, but keywords should be easier to sneak in if I am desparate. Keyword based intent is very very unreliable though, so I’ll have to see and do some more research on fasttext’s potential. For now, it’s quite nice. It was pretty awesome seeing it actually kinda work! The setup is super easy, you just clone a repo, make a file, then run that file with a few args to load in your training data in a literal .txt file, and just test it there in the command line in literally under five minutes. FastText was looking like it would become Atlas’ intent engine, but unfortunatly, it’s kinda dumb, and I mean that in a very loving way. FastText doesn’t seem to know enough about language to be very confident or accurate in classifying sentances into back-end hooks. Given enough specifically equal training data (because too much data in one hook will make it be the most confident in that hook. Not exactly useful when “Play music” turns into AIRPLANE_ON), it could definitely work out, but for every single feature that i add in the future it would have to gen a GIANT list of examples, and even then, it woudln’t be great at something unpredictable. So I’m going to try flipping the script to some sort of NLU or LM, like MiniLM to use with some sort of ONNX integration so that I can make it work good on not just Android with Kotlin, but also linux, for a raspberry pi hardware project I’m calling Scout, which will basically be like a baofeng radio with a bunch of extra features (I can only work on that once I get my HAM liscense though.) Anyways, FastText proved that the whole pipeline works, and it might work as a ffallback if things go south and i really need something to ship or something for the end of stardance’s prototype. Devlog #3 - the final one? I made a flask app that is currently being hosted on vercel that calculates loyalty points with American Airlines. It is supposed to be better than the other options out there by providing a cleaner, more intuitive UI, with new features with a timeline showing status progression. What was challenging with this was kinda just figuring out the web-end of it. I normally only code backend stuff so this is one of the few times where I had to work on a full frontend without getting someone else to help me. (I did use AI to assist me with this task though). In the end, I did persevere and I’m appreciative of the end result I have created. Picture 1 shows the map view of the website, and Picture 2 shows the loyalty timeline....

I am building a website that compiles information on spiritual and folk traditions in Vietnam. I have finished the HTML structure and am currently developing ideas for the interface; I will provide updates later.
I am currently designing the interface; it is not yet finished, so I will continue working on it.
I have finished the website’s interface. I used AI to generate illustrations because finding actual photos was difficult given the spiritual and folklore-related theme; however, I still make an effort to include human-created illustrations in each article to help users visualize the content better. I will proceed with the JavaScript implementation and provide updates later.
I’ve finally added the data and JS to the website—yes, it’s complete.
