And also I was new to React so there were things I was unfamiliar with like useMemo and useContext. But I was finally capable of building my very first full-stack application. It’s up and running so all of you can use it, and improve your chess games....

Everything is neatly organized inside a folder called ISO_VERSE with clean, separate HTML, CSS, and JavaScript files, and it’s deployed live on the internet using GitHub Pages! What was challenging? –> Honestly, the biggest challenge was the structural cleanup. I originally built the entire website with the HTML, CSS, and JS all lumped together in a single file because it felt easier at the start. Figuring out how to properly split everything into separate files, link the paths correctly so the text animations didn’t break, and rename my files so GitHub Pages would actually recognize it as a live website was a massive learning curve. It felt like a mess for a bit, but pushing through that and organizing it professionally taught me a ton. What are you proud of? –> I’m incredibly proud of the custom navigation bar animations and the overall color contrast grading. I used AI as a debugging mentor to help me refine about 10 small visual bugs and get the code for those custom transitions working smoothly. Seeing those animations function perfectly on a live URL after all the trial-and-error feels amazing. I’m also proud that my GitHub commit history shows my whole journey from a rough draft to a finished project. What should people know so they can test your project? –>Because everything is organized inside a dedicated production directory, the live link requires you to look inside the folder! When you open my GitHub Pages URL, please make sure you include /ISO_VERSE/ at the very end of the link (like https://kumarishan0825.github.io/ISO_VERSE/ISO_VERSE/ ), otherwise it won’t load the homepage properly. Hi, I am Ishan and for a foundation i build My personal site. I update whenever i improve. So please rate my design out of 10.
I did Glassmorphism on the header part, Linear gradient muddy animation through keyframes and also improve the colour combination of the website compared to the previous I made. I also add the typing effect to look more nice
With help of ai i diagnosed my website and fix the color grading and also tracking progress animation with css , and Re create the layout of my website compared to previous UI but I failed to start recording it to lapse so my 8 hrs does not shown here hu….
I added 3 more new section to my personal site
Polishing into new upgradation and more functionable and odd. Removed all the AI Assistance.

What did you make? –> I made a personal portfolio website from scratch to showcase my bio, coding projects, and my own blog writing. Once you’re in, check out the smooth animations on the navigation bar!...

Devlogs:
devlog #1 started making my own os that runs in a browser tab. no frameworks, just one html file, because i want to actually understand every line of it. first build has: a boot screen with a logo + loading bar that fades away a frosted menu bar at the top with a live clock an aurora gradient wallpaper (just layered radial-gradients) one glass window (“about.txt”) with mac style traffic lights the fun part was making the window draggable. i used pointer events instead of mouse events so it would also work if someone opens this on a phone. the trick that made it feel smooth: instead of tracking where the mouse is, next up: more windows, real minimize/maximize, and a dock.
devlog #2 — window manager arc the os grew a real window system . everything is managed from one createWindow(app) function, so adding a new app is just adding an object with a name, an icon and a render function. what’s new: 3 apps now: about, notes, terminal close / minimize / maximize on every window (green button remembers your old size + position and puts it back) windows resize from a corner grip, focus raises them above the others a dock with the mac hover-magnify effect and little dots under running apps — minimized windows can be brought back from there notes autosave to localStorage as you type (“saving…” → “saved ✓”) terminal got a tiny shell: help, neofetch, echo, ls, clear… the dock magnify is just a css transform on hover:
devlog #3 — the island era i put a dynamic island in the top of the screen, like the iphone. it’s a black pill that sits over the menu bar and morphs: the bigger news: the music is real . i didn’t want to embed mp3 files so the music app synthesizes lo-fi loops with the WebAudio api — triangle wave chords, a sine bass, random pentatonic notes sprinkled on top, plus a looped noise buffer filtered down for vinyl hiss. there are 3 “tracks” (bpm + chord progressions) and a live frequency visualizer on a canvas. no files, no copyright, just math. also added: settings app — 4 gradient wallpapers, 4 accent colors (the island equalizer, dock dots, progress bars all recolor), saved to localStorage, plus a factory reset button links app — grid of glass cards terminal got an open command, so open settings launches apps island notifications wired into notes, terminal and settings that wraps version 1.0. one html file, no frameworks, no login, and it actually feels like an os. on to WebOS 2 🚀

Made the header lol
Added a cool transition when pressing space
added window
What I’ve added Welcome loading screen in 8 different langguages (if I’m not mistaken) A tab that is draggable and can be closed and opened
Finished WebOS 1 Added a working calculator app (cba to code it so I use Iframe) Added a footer to preview minimized tab
Added and fixed an app Added credits and filling the “about this site”
Changed almost everything So the old one is just hide and set a style of a div to “open” and “close” it, this one actually open it By opening it, js copy and delete it, and js reopen it when a button pressed
Fixing buggy app

(Lokin) Get Set Lokinnnnnn I have started making a project that heps you guys to get lock in and focus on your projects. Its a beautiful and an intractive way to be focused on your work. In the next update i will tell you how this can help you
Finally my main html, CSS structure is almost completed and now i am going to work on its JS to make it work like a real tool currently i add a timer place holder and some new buttons to control it ,but its just a css structure so you cant control anything yet. Thats It…
(Lokin) Get Locked in : Today i add four new buttons to the lokin, I add a button got music, a button for to do liss or tasks, a button for themes, and a final settings button. And now i am going to start working on its JavaScript to make the features working.
Now its no more just a html and CSS skeleton. Today i added many new features using JavaScript like first i working on play and pause button so that timer can be played and stopped. and after this i started working on three buttons (focus, short break, long break) to change the timer and reset everything, and than i worked on changing the visual appearance (CSS) of the buttons after being selected.
(Lokin) Sorry for the late devlog but now many things has been added, i have added a task pannel nad now you can also create new tasks, check the checkbox and can also delete the tasks. creating the new tasks was so complicated due to JS because when you enter a task it goes to js and the function converts it into a html element having checkbox and delete btn and then add to the the task list
(Lokin) Many things has been added, And the Best part is i have even started using Lokin for my daily tasks and it turns out amazing, It helps me through my whole day i can even add new tasks that will be save even if you leave and Now you can also set theme according to yourself and your mood. BTW I love it and using it. It help me focus on my projects. That’s All…
(Lokin) Just wrote the final README before ship
Today i removed all the AI generated images, and replace them with real images and its breaking my website UI, but i can not do anything because AI images are not allowed

After I did some train research and figured out that Transport Victoria (State Department of Transportation in Victoria, Australia), had hidden codes for trains and the API was using those, so after adding them into the code, they actually started appearing fine. Next, I also configured categories, like a Metro and V/Line tab respectively, and one tab with all mixed. I originally intended to get platform data, but I quickly realised that Transport Victoria wouldn’t simply give out platform data, so I removed that column. Additionally, I noticed how the dots (the live train positions) were actually going all over the place and not on their respective roads, so I found a better API run by the same Transport Victoria that gathered all the train positions, so that was resolved, and I also added this cool fly-in feature that when you select from one of the trains that is running (not the ones on time), the map will fly from whatever position it is in to a smooth transition to the station. Dev Log #3 : Its up and running!! Ok guys, my project got shipped and accepted, so with my hard earned 11 dollar grant, I got myself my domain, waseefali.com go check it out! It took a bit of struggle with cloudflare to get it to work ( mostly my ignorance ) but now its here for the public to see. First things first, things did NOT scale, so I did some tweaking with the HTML and scaled the boxs, as well as used allignment to make it SO much better. Next, I added a few boxes about me, changed the titles, and added bullet points! These bullet points took me like 10 minutes for some reason. Diabolical Idea… I want to make 2D platformer where the player chooses challenges. Something like in Fnaf UCN. My ideas: Easy but Hard There will be simple level, but player will make it harder. I would love to start it today but i’m eepy and it’s already past midnight I hope you like the (really bad) idea, I’ll try my best
Ultra Custom Platformer So I started with my super evil plan for the game. The player customizes their own expirience in the game and can feel as much pain as they want. As you can see in the video I have 3 challenges working. Most of challenges have 3 levels, but some will be just ON/OFF. Here they are: Ice floor It messes up with acceleration and friction. I hope there will be more, but for now i implemented only 3… This will be pure chaos
Another 3 Unique Challenges! Hiiii I made another 3 challenges for my platformer game. One is another popup and other two are shaders! “Wanna Keep Playing?” Challenge It might be one of the best there will be in the game. There is a popup that says “Wanna keep playing?” but there is 50% that it won’t be in english… I find it kinda funny. I have some funny ideas, but if you have something cool let me know! That’s all for now
I made 4 unique Challenges Sooooo I wrote some funny ideas for my game. You can find all on my github > ideas.txt, but here are 4 NEW IMPLEMENTED ONES Flashbang cat So I thought “How can i distract the player…” and then i got a brilliant idea: “cat… and flashbang”. Basicly cat spawn of your screen and just explodes. That’s it. You can hover the cat to make it dissapear, but more of those will come for you. (3 color variants) Immortal Snail Yup. New Challenges So today I’ve made 2 unique things. Lagging and Flashlight Mode. Am I proud of those two? Yes! (and no!) I’ve tried to beat the game on every challenge turned on… It’s quite… uhh “almost humanly impossible”. So my debug world takes 8 seconds to beat without anything… With everything I beat it once. Background I’ve made background using 5 paralaxes. I think it looks awesome! It was quite annoying to set up all 5 layers but I’ve somehow did it! Small Summary When I was creating this project I wasn’t sure if it is a good idea. Now I see that it (almost) is! The challenges are unique and most of them are silly. I hope I’ll be able to finish it (I have less than 2 weeks…) Anyways: In case I don’t see ya, good afternoon, good evening, and good night! (wherever you are)
Ultimate Custom Platformer Hiii again ! I’m back with some new features! One new challenge, new world and a basic menu! You can clearly see the menu is not finished. The world needs some changes, but I will do it only if i have time. GAMBLING This challenge is just random (as the name might suggest). Slot machine spawns on your screen. You have 5% to just die. Even the challenges configuration will, so you dont have to change it every time you go back to menu. A lot minor changes So in this 6h I’ve made so much things, but those were major ones! I hope you like it!
ULTIMATE Update For Ultimate Custom Platformer I had a lot of work, and so much fun creating this. For last 8 hours I was creating menu, system points, saving system, tooltips, presets and moreee Here are some major things I’ve made: Menu Update Points System Presets New look So I am happy how it looks and operates now! You can choose a preset and try to beat it! If you manage to do it, preset will turn green! Like in UCN, those are just “fun” ideas how you can beat the game. Win Screen I wanted it to look really similar to the UCN. I think I did a good job? I like watching the numbers going up, the text changing, font size going up… YOU watching it -> Death Screen Again, something that looks like UCN. I know it is kinda annoying in the long run. There will be option in settings (which i did not make while writing the devlog :P) that automaticly restarts the game. Like geometry dash. New Challenge - Visual Effects So I got inspider by Fnaf World. The fireworks can pop up on your screen and just distract you. I also used same fireworks on Win Screen, but in game there is… a little bit more than 5 fireworks at one time. Todo There is still some work to be done. Music & Sounds More presets general game feel icons and poppups And probably i forgot about something really important… Yup probably yeah. But I will continue developing the game! See ya on itchio (hopefuly in 2-3 days?)
THE GAME IS READY So i made last changes. Audio System, Music, SFX, images, icons… A lot of work but it is now finished… Quick summary here, because i want to ship it already Audio Player I made custom audio player, so i can overlap a lot of sounds. Only one music can play at once and it’s really easy to change them. Music & SFX I found really cool artist. IM SO EXCITED Another 30h project is completed! I really want to see how people combo those effects, so I would appreciate YOU checking the game (it should be out in couple of minutes)
Last changes before ship I was so excited to ship that I forgot about small changes, code cleanup and debug things… Ooopss. The game is now ready to be played!
Ships:
I’ve made 2D platformer. But not like others slop ones. This is special slop inspired by FNAF Ultimate Custom Night! Player chooses from 15 unique modifiers to make the game hard for theirself. Some of them affect Player directly, some others are just popups… Check the game to see all of them. I am so excited to ship the game. At first I was wandering if the game will be good… Now I know that the project if silly and fun to play! It was hard… I had limited time and had to speedrun some stuff. The game is more like a demo, I might update it in the future! Every hour of making it was a good hour. I’ve enjoyed it and I hope you also will enjoy playing the game! Good luck with the challenges! It is my third game made in godot and I am sure i made progress. The game looks awesome to me, and the fact that I’ve made it in just 30h is insane...

Devlogs:
took way too long to figure out, but I figured out why tailwind wasn’t working. Now it’s time to actually start on the project.
Through some trial and error, I got the window to be draggable
Got the basic idea done, should be able to qualify for WebOS 1 given that I made this in React which made it kinda a doozy to figure out how to translate the code to here.
Figured out how to make the windows order each other and added some stuff to the diary window
Made some small QOL stuff with the terminal such as removing the outline when focused, and making the input box focus whenever you click into the terminal. Was surprisingly easy, and my first results upon looking em up pretty much just gave me the answer for everything, lol.

wassupp guyss firstly sorry for the grainy screenshots. they r from my lapse videos. ok so today what i did was firstly i polished up the y axis movement and added a stand of sorts. then i tried x axis movement but didnt work so well cos i tried to use 2 servos to move entire y axis setup platform i also saw the pillars which pivot y axis are not stuck firmly so they move along with the servo. next time im gonna get ice cream sticks and make a gyro-thingy to house the motor so i can make a lighter setup and also easier induvidual axis movement. c ya later
Hiya guyss. so finally saw a tutorial and got an idea as to how to get the two axis movement. but as you can see in the video, it is extremely rigid with low freedom of movement. so next devlog im gonna figure out how to get more freedom of movement. and also attatch the servos and try it out. cudnt do it tdy cos i just wanted to test out axis movement working. and also here the link to the video i saw. its as old as me :) https://youtu.be/iFtUr_BnjEk?si=CrDhz44iGBbtpkKw
hello guyss, so the thrust vectoring thing wil be added to a larger physical project im doing. So today i was doing some cfd analysis with respect to that. im using ansys student version for it. thats all for tdy nothing uch to say. tmrw i will post a follow up of the modified 2 axis movement with more rage of motion. and heres a bit of sneekpeak on the cfd:)
Hi guysss. after some research this is the best design that can be universally used for any edf. the diagram is very simple. i will list materials required on my github repo. i will try to make a 3d printable file also. ik yes i said no need 3d printer but those who have one can also use this low effort. i think with tha this project is a wrap. c ya later
