Devlogs:
Added volume slider from 0%-200% as well as magnet downloads (direct files openable in qBitTorrent or any bittorrent client) & mkv/mp4 file downloads from non-HLS provider results.
Two new sources, anime mappings between TMDB ids and 10 other anime API’s ids, as well as a WIP extractor of movieslay content built in to yt-dlp.
6 new sources, fixed AE & 123anime using an anime database, airplay cast-to-TV support on iOS, full support android app, settings menu with volume, playback speed, keybinds, and sorted streams into guarenteed working ones (GET & HEAD request checks, proxied) and unreliable backups (direct urls, did not pass checks)
Introduced a new server-side proxy that adds headers over m3u8s to make tons of urls that were previously thrown away due to 403s work.
Introduced new Movieslay Exclusive for The Oldest View ( @project .rolling.giant on instagram), fixed Passthru proxy to work on production via fly.io. Oh also we now have Backrooms in great quality from Vidlink primary :)
New backup player (Vyla), Backrooms iNTERNAL rip, overrideSource option in player for non-tmdb, fix vidlink & remove nomorflix
Research for new sources, better mobile navigation, organize source wrappers, and improve the Vyla first-come-first-serve route
With the addition of stremIO addon support (HDHub, Nebula, and Pengu), fixing vyla/flicky/videasy/xpass/lordflix, and adding FEB file host support into exclusives, we’re back up to an insane amount of source grabs on popular titles like Backrooms.
Started work on Movieslay Pley for watchOS (project Odys). Pley is an app suite to let you access direct content in native ways without the regular Movieslay player & ui. Attached screenshots are directly from watchOS on a Watch SE (1st gen).
added live cable TV networks
Worked on tons of brand new sources (including VylaSDK), moved 3rd-party players to a separate menu, fixed tons of player bugs
Updated UI for info displays on content pages as well as overall padding and rounding
TMDB collections support! This feature allows movies in a series (ex. Spider-Verse trilogy) to have a next/previous button similar to TV shows. If you’re trying to bingewatch a series of movies this feature can help you out :) Currently just shows the top TMDB collection (based on a movie’s ‘belongs_to_collection’ tag)
Minor UI fixes - expanded the video player to take up all available height (this works now that the footer/warning banner is moved to the external players menu), and fixed padding on page content.
Made content streams in HLS (.m3u8) format only run through HLS.js if on a non-Apple system as Apple devices (and AirPlay) support .m3u8 playlists directly. Also added a dedicated cast button for content casting with Google Cast SDK, AirPlay/WebKit, and native device casting. Finally, added an exclusive page at /exclusives/btsv for the ‘leaked’ unfinished Beyond the Spider Verse trailer.
Completely re-did stream checker. Sources for a particular TV or Movie are now ran through a robust content validator that ensures each link is playable & has the correct content, or filters it to Backup (playable but bad content) or Invalid (non playable, hidden by default). Each source now shows much more info as well, as the checker returns the media type (HLS or MP4), quality (4k to 240p), resolution, and duration. Picking exactly which source you want is much easier now. With these changes, each piece of media is nearly guaranteed to load on the first try.
Since the last ship, I’ve fixed a ton of our content providers (such as Pengu, HDHub, VylaSDK) and also added content scrapers for non-English speakers (currently supporting Portuguese sub/dub via “FrostStream” and French sub/dub via “Zeus”!)
Ships:
Movieslay is an all-in-one content streaming platform - bundled with integrations for 30+ providers & partners, and completely ad-free & open source.
Watch all your favorite media free today with Movieslay. Unlike many other shady platforms, Movieslay guarantees zero ads or popups, hundreds of stream sources aggregated across a network of providers, and raw direct downloads....

Devlogs:
I made the game and it works now and yes it looks as one of the best games i have ever made. Sorry i didnt post many devlogs but i just put all my effort to finish it before OneKey ended.
I added better gravity physics, shooting (so you can destroy space debris), and gravity for obstacles too, a better title, and gravity waves (x5 gravity for 10 seconds every so and so)
Ships:
I made a game that only uses one key to be played. It was really challenging having to learn Godot in one week because i wantd to get my game in OneKey. The game is a space game that you are being pulled by a black hole’s gravity while some asteroids and space debris are foating around. BTW you use your mouse to have a direction. Also, im really sorry for not posting any other devlogs or having better screenshots, i kinda forgot and was only thinking in finishing.
I added better physics and updated the project and added a title too, and physics for the obstacles too, and gravity waves (*5 gravity every 30-100 secs)...

I finished custom characters! Using the build in API for the sense hat i could get it working! I did also make it easy to make your own without any coding needed (just drawing :3) so now you can make a tamagotchi of anything! I also figured out a better shipping than publishing it on PyPi. using Curl and piping the output to python seems to work so i am doing that. Anyways That’s it for my joinery! I will be shipping this and I hope people can enjoy this cool thing I made!
Ships:
I made a tamagotchi like game for the raspberry pi with the sense hat! It was hard programming because i rarely program in python but I find learning more as a really fun experience and i had a lot of friends. I was really proud of making the custom buddy feature. Only thing people should know is that it’s better to play using the real hardware but using a emulator is also good enough to play (it will be less challenging)...

Reviving my old project (and changing from slack auth, to hackclub auth…
sooo, quick one, addded slack auth again…for getting notifications….so orpheus knows that…but need to add some helpers and stuff now, meaning will be a small hustle to add that completely, also made a plan for the visualistaion….thank you, gooddd nighttt
soo, cleaned up the filesystem…aka dont have just one file anymore, but some more readable order….and tried making a slack notification helper…like when you get mentioned, a new message pops up in a thread you are in, you get a dm or smth…orpheus will show you, that part is not completely tested…soo could be that it does not work…dont know tho
Got notifications tunning…sadly cannot manage to make the onclick work yet, trying several things for that…web api…tauri notification plugin…and one more npm package i forgot, and nothings seems to work rn…this is my biggest todo rn bc i dont want the actual orpheus himself have any text…or buttons or anything on the screen…thats why i have choosen to make the config over notification that should open a modal
ouch….sooooooooooooooo Tried like 3 different approaches to make the notification onclick work on windows…first the web notification api with onclick handler, then tauri’s notification plugin with registerActionTypes, then even tried using the windows crate directly with WinRT ToastNotification.Activated events…none of it worked, turns out windows just doesnt fire any in-process event when you click a toast unless your app is properly registered in the start menu with a COM AUMID which is a whole thing ended up going with a system tray icon instead which is honestly the better solution anyway…left click opens the config modal, right click gives a menu with Open Config and Quit…no buttons or text on screen, orpheus just sits there being cute which is exactly what i wanted also cleaned up a bunch of dead code from all the failed attempts, removed the old permission flow, the test notification button, startup notification spam…its much cleaner now next up…idk man…smth fun, like ui, or homepage…no more backand for now (and sorry for calling orpheus he/him a few times, always forgetting it haha)
