I have started working on a robotic arm. The current goal is to build one using three servos, but for now I only have two servos and one potentiometer. I’ve asked a friend if they can spare some additional parts, so I’m waiting to see what I can get.Once I have the basic code working and the components, I’ll start experimenting with different ways to build the actual arm. I think i can use cardboard as a quick prototype. It should be easy to modify and would let me test whether the basic movement works before committing to a more permanent design. Another possibility is LEGO. I have some LEGO pieces from a few years ago, and they might work well. In the end I think ill try designing the arm in Onshape and then 3D printing the parts.
