Devlogs:
I have been working on VortexOS as my first project on Stardance. I made the front page and the top bar of VortexOS v1.0.
I have been working on VortexOS and so far my progress is that I created a new main page to VortexOS and added suitable colors to make my project look high-tech. I added a boot-screen to make it look like the computer is processing to make the webOS work and the text on the boot-screen will have an effect that it just getting typed letter by letter to give it a cool transition. But my code had a bug in it which made my whole background go white it took me some time fix it when it finally came back to it normal form.
Vortex OS Devlog #3 Added a sidebar and coded it so that a motivational quote appears whenever you change the tab or refresh the page. Made a logo for VortexOS, and when clicked on the logo, a bar pops up with the information of the creator and also the information of the project. I added box-shadowing to give the side bar and the logo a high tech look. Whenever hovered over the quote-box, the quote-box looks like it is elevating a bit and it is the same case when you hover your cursor over the logo of Vortex OS.
I have been working on VortexOS and finally made a calculator app. To use the calculator app you just have to click on the app icon to open it. It has a closing button and a minimize button. The calculator app is also draggable wherever you want it to be. And you can use the numbers on your computers keyboard to type on the calculator and whenever your cursor hovers over the app icon of calculator app, the app icon elevates up and also having the box-shadow effect gives the app a high-tech glow and feel. I have to add more apps like a clock app with a stopwatch and timer feature. Background color or image choosing option which makes it similar to you choosing a wallpaper for your laptop screen.
VortexOS Devlog #05 I have been working on VortexOS for a while now and I added another app to the taskbar as you can see and it is the clock app. The clock app has two features: Timer and the Stopwatch. And both the calculator app and the clock app have a feature that when the cursor clicks somewhere else out of the app it minimized automatically and the app icon is still hovering to show the user that the app is still open. And I added a new page to VortexOS called the Study Hub which is totally dedicated for studying and nothing else. I added a link to Study Hub on top VortexOS page. VortexOS Devlog #06 I have been working on VortexOS Study Hub and added features that are really helpful while studying. A pomodoro timer which helps you stay focused while studying. Devlogs:
The first Devlog actually started work on the portfolio now and its going well I have the main structure of the page but still WIP cause nothing works (for now) I got the site up and hosted on my server so anyone can find it on rakon.qzz.io The plan: add popups with the info for all the buttons I would like to test out making some sort of animation for the background if I find a way how to implement that so it would work well possibly try to rewrite the site in Tailwind/React make it presentable
Devlog #2 TO-DO add the /projects page ideally make the projects easily “addable” so its faster possibly rewrite in react (if I have spare time) The stuff that is actually done there is actually stuff now a beautiful popup animation with a beautiful blur (definitely not biased)
#Devlog #3 the project is finally ready to ship TO-DO make it more mobile friendly possibly rewrite in react (if I have spare time) DONE the entire website is done along side the projects page /projects now shows all my projects I have done everything is deployed on rakon.qzz.io selfhosted on my server
Devlog #4 - time for edits for second ship So because some people said that adding a back button to the projects page would be good so I added it 100% revolutionary feature - status dot, all it does is react to my uptime kuma API and show the status of my services. This took me too long to get it working because of CORS of all things but that is all fixed
Devlog #5 The mobile UI is now fully usable although it depends on what screen you have but most phones are all right. The project is ready for a v2 ship with the new status dot, fully working mobile UI and some other small changes Everything now finished on rakon.qzz.io
Ships:
Selfhosted portfolio website for my projects, links and about me. To open any info the button expands into a popup windows with all the text. The animation was probably the hardest thing on this entire project. Then on /projects there is a list of all my projects with links to github. There are still things to improve but this is a finalised version of my website.
This is the second ship of my personal portfolio with button to popup animations working on desktop and mobile, projects page, status dot linked to uptime kuma api and a carbon background. Even though this project took more than it should I learned a lot and I am happy with how this project turned out. Main challanges for me were the animations and uptime kuma api....

Hello everyone, this is my first devlog I’m currently building my IronManOS project, this is the first time I’m manually coding in HTML and not letting AI do all the work, that’s why it took me so long (8 hours and 16 minutes to be exact across 2 days). I just finished my first app on the OS which is a quiz app with 10 questions. Next I’m building a JARVIS app, just one line and a close, but it will be good practice.
Back on IronManOS after a break. This session: built the Jarvis app, click a button and a video plays. First time I’ve gotten video embedded and triggered inside an HTML file myself. Wasn’t hard exactly, just new - had to figure out the click handler and video element actually talking to each other.
Wrapping up IronManOS. Added the last piece - a Suit HUD app with live power diagnostics, a spinning arc reactor tied to the reactor readout, animated radar, and a boot sequence that reveals each panel in turn. Wrote a proper README and pushed everything live on GitHub Pages: https://raczjonathan12.github.io/ . This was my first time hand-coding HTML from scratch - no framework, no tutorial copy-paste. Building something this involved (animations, live data updates, a working desktop-style OS) while learning the language at the same time was the real challenge.

Try Demo → Description Type “derivative of sin(x)” and MathGen will generate the manim code for you and display the animation, along with the code so that you can change it or try out different prompts. MathGen is ideal for people who have struggled to grasp mathmatical concepts visually, and who dont want to spend hours learning an animation library just to produce a quick explainer video. Process The user types in a prompt This prompt is validated before being passed to an LLM The LLM (we used chatgpt 5.6 and claude fable 5) produces the manim code based on the prompt This code is then run and debugged on replit Finally, the animation is displayed along with the code used to produce it The stack includes HTML/CSS/JS for the frontend, FastAPI, Flask, Node for the backend, and Manim, Matplotlib, and sympy for the math and animations. Example Prompt: “derivative of sin(x)” Code: from manim import * import numpy as np class SinTangent(Scene): def construct(self): axes = Axes(x_range=[-4, 4, 1], y_range=[-2, 2, 1]) curve = axes.plot(lambda x: np.sin(x), color=BLUE) self.play(Create(axes), Create(curve)) x_tracker = ValueTracker(-4) def get_tangent_line(): x = x_tracker.get_value() slope = np.cos(x) point = axes.c2p(x, np.sin(x)) return Line( point + np.array([-1, -slope, 0]), point + np.array([1, slope, 0]), color=YELLOW, ) tangent = always_redraw(get_tangent_line) self.play(Create(tangent)) self.play(x_tracker.animate.set_value(4), run_time=6, rate_func=linear) This produces a 30 second long animation of a tangent line tracing around the curve y=sin(x). Installation git clone cd mathgen pip install -r requirements.txt add any missing setup commands for the frontent/backend here, and test them python app.py What was challenging Getting the LLM to produce working manim code in the first place was challenging, as there was a lot of trial and error involved in prompting it. The sympy dependency also proved to be somewhat challenging to setup, as one syntax error took several days to fix. Finally, making sure that the animation looked good while also being mathematically correct was also a balancing act. First working prototype of Numera is officially up and running. I spent the last few days building the core system, and today I finally got to test it end to end. The results were really encouraging, the main idea works, and the prototype is performing much better than I expected. There’s still a lot that needs to be improved, polishing the UI, fixing edge cases, and making everything faster and more reliable. MathGen A tool which allows the user to generate a manim animation from an natural language prompt without having to write a single line of code.
