The ISS Tracker currently sends the latitude and longitude of the ISS along with its position in relation to you e.g. North, South, East, West. The next step would be to get more precise locations e.g. South West. This is only step 1 in the process, I would like to get the information to link to an Arduino and display the position using leds and eventually an oled screen which points in the ISS’s direction.
The ISS Tracker is know reading 8 directions e.g. North-East as well as East. I am also beginning to build the Arduino using LEDs for testing to make sure the Arduino reads each one as its corresponding position, the Arduino code is simply a test code to make sure everything is wired correctly.
Arduino code now updates LEDs with corresponding python position and updates in real time. If you did not have a screen this would be the final product. However I am going to add to it using an OLED screen poining in the ISS’s direction.
Screen wiring completed and test code fully working now I only have to display the correct direction of the ISS and it will be done...

I can finally go to sleep! I have ported and arranged the schematic in the PCB editor and this is going to be the final layout. After this I’m going to start on the CAD model.
Done with the PCB! That took a LOT of time and patience and I had to do it twice because i lost power the first time and it didn’t save. Learnt a lot though and I definitely will use this software again!
The case is done! this took a while to measure all the dimensions and estimate the height of the usb c port for the PCB however it is done.
